This was overall a great stay for us. Our dogs were very happy and didn’t get nervous like they have at other locations. The host is very quick to respond. Took just a few minutes to walk to the metro, and we felt safe in the neighborhood. Neighborhood was quiet and people kept to themselves. Beds were comfy and clean, towels were plentiful. We used the washer and dryer for refreshing towels. Washer was easy but dryer is struggling a bit. Took a few times to get things dry, so plan accordingly. Dishwasher is convenient for washing dishes. Pods for washer and dishwasher are provided, along with extra trash bags. For the most part, everything was very clean, ie bathrooms, kitchen, fridge. I do think the floors need to be cleaned better, but understand that dog friendly places can make that difficult. If that bothers you, maybe bring a wet swiffer. We would definitely stay here again for future DC trips and would recommend you do as well. 🙂

Our stay at Angelica’s place was comfortable, quiet, and it more than met our needs for the week. The place was clean and stocked with necessities. No frills, but we were there to explore Old Town and downtown DC, not spend our time in an Airbnb. The best part, for us, was being dog friendly. I will say that the house itself sits on a very busy street with no fenced in yard. Leashes are a must, but the neighborhood is incredibly dog friendly. We often took the metro to DC and we were able to walk to both metro stations from the property to avoid parking. That was a bonus! The only curve ball was not knowing the property was a duplex, but going back and looking at the pictures, I should have known. That was on me. All of that to say, the property was well kept, clean, and offered all we needed for a week away from home. Both hosts were also very responsive and answered all questions promptly. No complaints.

Wonderful place. Great location in a beautiful part of DC. Just 5 min to the capital and Walkable to everything. The space was exactly as described. It was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The neighborhood is amazing with all the old row houses different colors. It included free parking with was great too and the whole neighborhood felt safe. The host replied back quickly with any questions we had before our arrival. 100% recommend. We have zero complaints.

Tyler's place was perfect for our stay with our extended family. It's spacious and comfortable, with plenty of room to relax indoors and out. It has a very nice large porch and deck, great for some solitude or for kids to play. The beds were comfy and the linens ample, there are gorgeous large bathrooms and luxurious showers, the kitchen was well-stocked and included an amazing high-end stove, and the living spaces are nicely decorated and furnished with art and tons of books. One bedroom had lots of toys and kids' books, a very nice touch. Tyler was helpful, accommodating, and responsive. The location is very convenient to Arlington National Cemetery and within walking distance to a Metro stop. Everything about this rental was fantastic--we highly recommend it if you need a lovely space for a large group. Thanks, Tyler!

Rabi’s place was as listed and had even more space than we anticipated. The private parking spot was also a huge perk!

We had a blast during our stay in Alexandria/DC and your place was a huge part of that! Very cozy and comfortable. Beds were very nice! We loved hanging out on the patio. Every aspect of your townhome is inviting and makes for a great retreat. The metro being super close was the icing on the cake.

Such a lovely, comfortable home. Everything we needed. Loved the location. The neighborhood was extremely quiet and neighbors were friendly. There's a park with walking trails and lake half a mile walk away. The house was perfect. Relaxing. Comfortable beds and bedding. The record player was an added bonus, as were the puzzles and board games for the rainy days. Communication was excellent. Answered any questions quickly and was very helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

Natasha was a great host and listing was accurate. Great spot if traveling with a dog in a quieter part of dc.

We spent 4 days site-seeing in DC and Lily's location was perfect, being just off the Richmond Hwy it was easy to get to by car. We paid an additional fee for parking under the building which was well worth it given the convenience. The Crystal City Metro station, with both the Yellow and Blue lines, was a very short walk away and could even be accessed via an underground walkway system just outside the building. Also just a block or two outside the building was a movie theatre and several bars/restaurants. Having breakfast on the 14th floor balcony was a great start each morning before heading to Metro to start the day's adventures. We would definitely stay here again.

2nd time we stayed with Lynn and I'm already planning a 3rd! Such an amazing place that is right in the middle of wine country. Everything about Lynn's place is PERFECT!! Thank you so much for another great visit.

Absolute peaceful oasis. This home gives you every essence of Virginia Wine Country. The home was quaint and the deer came up every morning to greet us. I can’t wait to come back in the summer when the pool is open! Thanks again

Instructions were very accurate. I followed it every step of way and i could find apt and parking easily. Apt was very clean, cozy , great colors, furniture, appliances all worked perfectly. We checked in around sunset and it was beautiful view and colors in balcony gorgeous . Host was very responsive. Location is great, walkable neighborhood, lot of families and young crowd, loved the lobby, and entrance also the building has been kept in great shape.

Jomeka’s place was clean and quiet. It’s conveniently located near 495 and public transportation and there are restaurants nearby. San Antonio Grill is right across the street and has delicious tacos. We will definitely stay here again.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr groß , man hat alles was man braucht. Das Bett ist für 2 Personen ziemlich kuschelig. Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit , im Sommer mit Pool wäre es wahrscheinlich noch schöner gewesen. Das Haus ist sehr hellhörig was aber an der amerikanischen Bauweise liegt . Leider gingen die 2 Wochen viel zu schnell um und wir müssten wieder nach Hause. Wir hatten netten Kontakt mit dem Vermieter er war immer sehr hilfsbereit , leider haben wir uns nie persönlich getroffen.

Everything was absolutely perfect from the moment we arrived! The house is beautifully decorated, so clean, and so well stocked. There was everything you could ever need in the kitchen, plus laundry detergent and cleaning supplies, shampoo and conditioner in both bathrooms, and even snacks and coffee, etc.! You can literally just show up with your clothes and bathing suit!! We would 100% stay here again, and recommend it to anyone!

The home made for an excellent stay! It's beautifully designed and decorated, down to every detail! Carlos was a great host, super fast communication and shared all the key details to make it a smooth visit. Highly recommend if you are looking to stay in the area.

Very nice house. Mattox Creek is just a few steps away from the back door, with a very nice dock to sit out and enjoy the water view. I enjoyed grilling dinner one night while being able to look out over the water. The kitchen is well stocked. Very quiet neighborhood. Only 10 minutes from Colonial Beach. Mari is a great host!

Absolutely loved stay at Miguel’s place! The neighborhood offered several delicious food options and the space was immaculate. It was a quick 15 min drive wherever we wanted to visit. This will definitely be on our list for our next trip to DC.

Lisa et Brian sont des hôtes vraiment adorables, ils ont proposé des services qu’ils n’étaient pas supposé nous proposer et se sont vraiment investis pour faire de notre séjour un moment paisible et d’exception. Nous avons adoré le calme de l’emplacement. Le jardin à l’arrière et les petites promenades de quartier avec bébé étaient très agréables. Nous sommes restés 10 semaines dans ce logement et n’avons pas regretté notre choix. Brian nous a dit qu’il allait veiller à rafraîchir un peu l’appartement avec de petits travaux, et la décoration ainsi que l’équipement sont vraiment super. Quiet and cozy home in the perfect location. We had a wonderful stay with beautiful views of the water (too cold in Feb to fully enjoy), and it was so convenient to be able to walk to local coffee shops and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again!

I recently stayed in a cozy Airbnb near the zoo in Washington D.C. and it was a great experience. The apartment was very clean and modern. The owner, Sarah, has it equipped with all the necessities to make the stay comfortable. One of the highlights of our trip was exploring the neighborhood on foot, looking at the beautiful historic houses and gardens. The apartment was within walking distance to the Metro, making it easy to visit the capital museums. We took a day trip to nearby Old Town Alexandria by Metro. The historic architecture, brick lined streets, and the old Torpedo Factory filled with dozens of artist studios was well worth seeing. Overall, I highly recommend this Airbnb for anyone looking for a nice home base to explore the nation's capital.
