This is Side A of the waterfront duplex, it features an oversized living room with an 85" TV, plenty of board games, and a high-top bar & dining table for gathering. Outdoors, enjoy shared amenities including a large deck, fire pit, tables , dock, and swing. Two kayaks and two SUPs are available for fun on the river. Just 30 minutes from Lambeau Field with local limo services for game day.

This updated & clean home is perfect for your college visits or family get togethers. The basement has a game area, a living room, a queen bed and private bathroom. Duly note the queen bed downstairs does not have a private bedroomThe fenced in backyard has a patio , gas grill and hot tub. Outside quiet hours begin at 9PM.
