410 Bluff Street is the upstairs of a comfortable home overlooking the Chewuch River located three blocks from downtown Winthrop. It is a private and quiet space with large windows providing generous views of the river habitat. With a deck overlooking the river below, this space offers the unique combination of intimacy with nature and the convenience of town living. Lakeview Lodge

Lakeview Lodge is located above the office/store of Silverline Lakeside Resort on Pearrygin Lake. Formerly the Owner's Quarters, it is a spacious two-bedroom, one bathroom apartment, with full kitchen, dining, and laundry. Views of both Pearrygin Lake and Mt. Gardener can be found throughout the apartment. Equipped with two king beds and a set of twin bunks, Lakeview Lodge comfortably accommodates six people. There is parking for two vehicles, one covered space and one uncovered.

Riverside Avenue Retreat in Downtown Winthrop

Riverside Avenue Retreat(a legal, licensed nightly rental with a current Okanogan County health permit as required by law) is located right in the heart of downtown Winthrop, and is close to the old western boardwalk, shops and eateries. It is a complete apartment suite where you can stay for awhile. There is a King bed, a gorgeous fireplace setting, Smart TV and a comfortable Queen size sofa sleeper, and so much more. Shared parking is available behind building.

Wolf Creek Apartment

Beautiful newly built one bedroom apartment on the Wolfridge Resort. Just steps from the Methow Community Ski Trail in the winter months and close to many beautiful hiking and biking trails in the warmer months. This apartment has one bedroom with a queen bed and in the living room there is a full size sofa bed. The living room has a projector + screen for all your tv/movie streaming needs and also has a desk with a computer monitor to plug your devices in.

Wapato Point Resort - 1 Bedroom Condo New Remodel

This is a 1 bedroom condo at Lake Chelan's Wapato Point Resort. It was just completely remodeled in 2024. There is lots to do at this 116 acre resort: tennis, pickleball, biking, 7 (seasonal) outdoor pools, indoor pool and hot tub, miniature golf, playgrounds, basketball & shuffleboard courts, and an onsite winery. A golf course, casino and shopping are all just minutes away. I do also have other condos available, if you need to accommodate a larger group.

This is one of my timeshare units at the beautiful Worldmark Lake Chelan resort. The spacious suite has a full kitchen, balcony, washer / dryer as well as many other resort amenities. This ground-floor studio apartment opens onto wooded grounds and lawn below towering Goat Wall, at the base of the North Cascades Mountains. Attached to the separately rented Big House rental, with its own, separate entrance. Just a short drive from miles of mountain biking, hiking and Nordic ski trails. Ski and hike out your door! North Cascades Nat'l Park is ~45 minutes drive, accessed by Highway 20 in the summer.
