The good: The space was exactly as described — clean, stylish, and in a great location. The check-in process was smooth, and communication with the host was prompt and friendly. I especially appreciated the thoughtful touches like extra towels, coffee, and a sweet treat for when we entered. The bed was super comfortable, and overall, it felt like a home away from home. The not-so-good: Unfortunately, there were a couple of major issues that made the stay less than ideal. First, The Beds! They were super comfortable but you couldn’t get out of them. They had memory foam and you literally sunk into the bed which was really uncomfortable waking up or getting out of the bed. Secondly, The water inside the bathroom (pressure) and (temperature) there was something that just wasn’t right. The board games were missing things( the core things). Lastly, parking (abit) of a squeeze and tight for 2 average Vehicles to be parked on location. I hope you find this review helpful!

We had a great stay at Paul’s place! The house was spacious, located in a beautiful neighborhood, and just minutes away from our homeschool soccer tournament—which made everything super convenient. The kids especially loved the game table that switched between ping pong and pool—kept them entertained for hours! Highly recommend!

We enjoy staying here when we visit Athens because it is close to our daughter's house and is peaceful and well kept. We are basically there for coffee and sleeping so it is perfect. Coffee and supplies are provided and it is easy to find. The bed is comfortable, but TV is in the bedroom so it isn't good if one of you is a night owl. Everything was clean and ready for us for an early check-in.

Quite the peaceful stay! Beautiful views & pet friendly. The host was very responsive, and we really enjoyed our time here :)

We really enjoyed our stay in the GreenRoom! We used our key code and opened the door to a beautifully decorated room that had everything we needed and then some! The room was neatly organized and had a cute coffee/kitchen area that included snacks and candies available for purchase. The coffee bar including cream and sugar was free. The room also has a tv, refrigerator and microwave. The bathroom was spacious and clean and once again provided everything you need including cotton swabs and balls, tissues, shampoos of various brands and body wash, a bathmat and towels. They also have other toiletries such as toothbrushes, paste, razors etc avail for purchase in case you forgot something. The bed was comfortable for me but my husband woke up each morning with a backache complaining the bed was too soft. We are smokers and they provided us a smoking area with a cute table, chair and umbrella set along with a covered ashtray. We used this area a lot! Overall 5 ⭐️. We will be back again!

We have now stayed at the front and back property and both were great. Beautifully decorated and they have thought of everything one might need will visiting. I always love to see the flowers planted around the property and located inside the house. My daughter also loved the swings. We plan to try and stay again next year.

Excellent property! Shawn was very quick to reply when I couldn't figure out how to use the HVAC. Loved being able to use the fire pit. We saw a cute gopher on the property. The lot next door is starting to be developed but no work during the weekend.
