It was a beautiful area and a very cute place to stay. However, we were not aware of how close the main house was to the cottage.

My husband and I spent 3 nights at the lodge for our one year wedding anniversary. It is located on the same property as their vineyard which makes for a beautiful, serene view and setup. During our stay, we did a very personal wine tasting with David in the main house. It truly is a cool experience and unlike any other wine tasting I have done before, not to mention the wine was very good! The lodge itself is cozy and relaxing with a private back patio looking into the trees and nature. I wasn’t so sure about the outdoor shower at first but it was actually really nice! Water warmed up really fast and the view is amazing. The bed is located upstairs which was very comfortable and cozy with plenty of pillows and blankets. If you have trouble with mobility, the stairs leading to the bedroom are not easy to navigate and there are more stairs from the parking lot to the lodge with some uneven ground at times. If you are fine with stairs and some walking, it is well worth it!

Eva was very responsive to questions. She had beautiful orchids on the table and the place was so warm and charming This was a treat from me to my bestie and i will be coming back soon with my husband

We really really like this place. Time moves slower, and it feels very restorative, even if it’s just a weekend. Will easily go again.

Lovely artist’s cottage! The owner’s art and collections are on display, I kept seeing something new every day. Very comfortable and easy to walk to the beach or into town. Had a relaxing and comfortable stay. Slept really well!!

This was a perfect spot for a personal retreat. I loved everything from the decor to the comfy bed to the private hot tub and well tended garden. I would love to come back again.

Riverwood cottage is an experience to replenish your soul. The cottage layout is perfection. The entrance welcomes you into a kitchen with whimsical accents of retro turquoise appliances. The kitchen is very functional for any family chef. The host has been generous and supplied spices to support most meals. There is a classic claw foot tub in the bathroom. The beds are so comfortable you melt into them. TV has easy access to your personal apps. There is a gas fireplace to cuddle up in front of. The very private outside includes an expensive deck with a hot tub canopied by Redwood trees. Then there is the yard, magical with small bridges that take you down to river's edge. Wildlife abounds everywhere! Sangeeta, the host is kind, patient, generous and communicative. My limited time at home was incredible. This cottage is my favorite Airbnb stay ever. We had a fantastic experience. The host was very proactive and gave clear instructions. We arrived late on a cold night, and the host was proactive in having the wood fire lit for us to have a warm and cozy place. They had left a bottle of wine, sparkling water, and eggs. These little gestures are not what we received in other places we have stayed. The place was amazing with a 180-degree view of the ocean. Highly recommend.

We had a great experience at Caroline and Tim’s place! Walkable to Santa Rosa’s downtown area with lots of cafes, restaurants, and bars! Will keep this place in mind for a return visit to the area!

The first thing you notice is the waves from all directions. You immediately feel at peace. All the amenities were easy to locate and good quality, including great pots and pans, knives dishes and gadgets for cooking. There were extra linens and towels, it was comfy upstairs and down. It was well laid out and you look out at Point Reyes and Tomales Bay while lying in bed upstairs. The stairs were quite steep but there was a nice bedroom downstairs as well. I enjoyed the heated ceramic floor in the downstairs bathroom and there was good water pressure. We loved the wide wraparound deck and dock, as well as outdoor tables and a garden. The beds and sofas were all very good quality and comfortable and it was nice to have the fireplace. The dog had room to sniff and roam safely at will as the decks and garden were well enclosed. Hog Island is one minute away, Tony’s five minutes away for the chowder, and truly awesome pizza at Route One on the way to the dog beach at Dillon. Thanks!

This home is absolutely beautiful! The outside is gorgeous and relaxing. The outdoor patio and hot tub are amazing! The location is also fabulous. We went to the Bothe-Napa state park and the Castello di Amorosa both of which were only 15min away as is downtown Calistoga which is really cute. We really enjoyed our stay!! The only slightly problematic feature is the toilet, it doesn’t really work.

Collin's place was so lovely and peaceful! We had a great time and really enjoyed having the creek right outside the bedroom. Collin was kind enough to give us some recommendations for places to eat that we really enjoyed!

Overall we had a good stay at Susan’s rental. She was very nice and communicative. It was very quiet and the bed was comfortable. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook a few meals. Large refrigerator. Regular drip coffee pot. Very close to downtown Mill Valley so you can walk into town easily. There seemed to be a few other renters on this property, and our rental was the very back unit. The walkway down the length of the front house was a bit tight, with 2 gates. It was farther than we expected to load/unload bags. Just a heads up - Parking was a bit tricky because this property is on the main avenue (Blithedale).

I’ve done A LOT of traveling and have stayed in many Airbnbs, but Mama K’s is by far my most favorite! The house is lovely and has more than the amenities anyone would need and, I’ve never stayed in a more CLEAN Airbnb before— all the tiny details have not been overlooked! This was my second time enjoying the space & I did not want to leave. It’s one of the most beautiful, spotless (and I am very detail oriented!) and peaceful places I’ve spent time. The grounds are absolutely beyond beautiful— from the lush yard to the incredible access to the Russian River out the back door to the outdoor shower and private clawfoot tub, the hot tub on the deck to the whimsical gardens, use of river toys (canoes & kayaks) and more! I had tears in my eyes when it was time to leave! I cannot say enough about this truly one of a kind and magical place. Thank you Karen for the opportunity to enjoy a true slice of heaven!

We had a wonderful stay at this charming house by the beach. The location was perfect—just a few houses away from the beach, which made it super convenient for our family. The house itself was spotless when we arrived and had a warm, welcoming feel. It was very family-friendly, with thoughtful touches that made it easy to relax with kids and our dog. Overall, it was a perfect spot for a laid-back beach getaway, and we’d absolutely love to come back. Highly recommend for families or anyone traveling with pets!

Jacquelyn’s Charming Cottage on the Mendocino Coast was exactly that. We fell in love upon entering the home and you can feel how much care they put into creating this special space. The local recommendations were perfect, the location was beautiful and we feel grateful we were able to make memories here.

We will be back! This property is lovely, comfortable and CLEAN! The sunflower cabin worked well for the 2 of us and was very comfortable. The location is perfect if you are exploring Pt Reyes National Seashore and there are plenty of restaurants, stores and amenities in Olema and Pt Reyes Station.

Clean and quiet with a cool vibe.

We had a delightful stay in the cabin! The setting is so serene and beautiful, and the cabin was homey, perfectly appointed and extremely clean. I couldn’t have been happier. The ONLY thing I’d recommend would be an umbrella for the patio table (perhaps there was one in a closet, and I missed it!). Jake greeted us when we arrived, adding a personal touch. It was nice to know they were around if we needed anything, but otherwise we were left alone to enjoy our stay. I enjoyed learning more about the cabin and its/our hosts’ backstory (in the binder). Would definitely stay again and would enthusiastically recommend.

We had a wonderful time at Cabin C. We enjoyed the beautiful surroundings, the ferns and the sound of the nearby creek while lounging in the hot tub. The kitchen had everything we needed and the bed was really comfortable. Hope to return.

We absolutely loved our time here at Robert's place. The house itself was lovely, very homey and well decorated and clean. Robert provided us a whole host of activities, restaurants, and wineries in the area to go visit. I would very much recommend to anyone interested in staying at this location

The perfect place to stay for a week and relax with family. Gorgeous garden and surrounding area and an easy drive into Mendocino, which is a wonderful town!
