Highly recommend

Stayed here for work, great location near many grocery stores and lots to do. Always easy to find parking on the street. For people not from Windsor, sandwich can seem a little rough but it’s 100% safe. Police station is a 2 minute walk from the house. I worked 12-16 hour days always coming home late at night and I never had any incidents. Neighbourhood is nice and quiet. Shiyun always comes by to clean out the trash/bathroom throughout the week and is very responsive for any questions or concerns. For the price it’s very good, everything matched the photos, bed was comfortable, shower works great. 5 stars ⭐️

The stay was quiet and peaceful. Closes to everything to do. Very clean. I have two things, I could not adjust the thermostat and it was very cold for me. Second the stairs leading to the upper leave are out side and very steap have be very careful.

The place was welcoming, clean, peaceful, and Shiyun communicated efficiently and effectively and made our stay such a pleasant one. We’ll be coming back; for sure! Thank you

Incredibly close location to all of the sporting venues. Historic house that’s been fully renovated. Overall, a great value.

Great place to stay in a residential area of Detroit. Close to Hamtramck and quick drive to Little Caesars Arena, Motown Museum, and many bars and restaurants. Frances is a great host—very accommodating and helpful with tips for restaurants, bars, and things to do. Would happily stay here again on another Detroit trip.

Was in town for a funeral and the host was very responsive. We were very comfortable and enjoyed our stay. We would definitely stay here again

I had a wonderful stay at Joeleo’s place! The apartment was clean and the location was peaceful for studying and leisure. I am a student and the atmosphere made studying easier. Joeleo was incredibly responsive, accommodating, and helpful throughout my stay. The communication was smooth and prompt which made the booking process hassle-free. I especially appreciated Joeleo going above and beyond during my long term stay. Highly recommend staying here!

Amazing views and cool downtown location! Excellent communication from the hosts and located conveniently just a few blocks down from downtown restaurants and coffee shops. Would definitely stay here again!
