Piccolo Casa Garden Studio - near Mala Bela Hisa

Piccolo Casa is a very comfortable retreat close to the CBD. Guests can access the studio by walking down the path (approx 20m) to a side entrance. The studio is nestled in the garden with a small deck to enjoy the outdoors. The studio features a queen bed, smart tv, kitchenette and modern shower room with heated flooring. Piccalo Casa has reverse cycle air conditioning so guests will be comfortable in all seasons. The studio is on the same property as Mala Bela Hisa with shared backyard.

Be greeted in the morning by our small family of horses or bring your own horses for a riding holiday, where an accredited coach is also available for lessons and the Penrose forest is on our doorstep.

Si-Fonic Studio, a recording studio in the 1990s and early '00s, is now converted to a self contained unit in the garden behind a stately Federation home and has the charm of music from days gone by. Many of the original features have been preserved such as the exposed wood rafters, weatherboards, iron roof and facade.
