We could not have found a better place to stay while having renovations done at our own home. We packed up our gaggle of golden retrievers and one beagle and felt welcomed the moment we stepped into the house. There were treats for the dogs, blankets to put on the couch, verrrry comfortable twin-sized memory foam dog beds and endless amounts of toys for our pups to enjoy. There was also a treat station as well as lickit mats and doggie painting to keep these retrievers happy and busy. This house is so dog friendly. It’s a perfect balance of a beautiful home for the humans that is also perfect for the dogs. The furniture was comfortable, the kitchen large and well-stocked with necessities, such as paper towels, dish soap, dishes, pots and pans and that stove…. Beautiful! The bed was very comfortable and cozy. If the dogs hadn’t wanted to get up so early, we may have slept part of the day away. Having the availability to do laundry was also very helpful. We truly enjoyed our stay!

We had an absolute blast on our girls getaway weekend!! The cottage and community were amazing, exactly what we were hoping for and Doug couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. He was always available by text or phone. The cottage was clean, nicely equipped, and a great location!! We will definitely be renting this cottage again on our next trip!!! Thanks for having us... we loved every minute!! 🧙🧙🧙

This was my dream tiny home! The layout made it super comfortable for two adults, two teens, and a medium sized dog. Beautiful design and WOW the location! Right on the lake and close to cute towns with shops and hiking. Not to mention the FREE breakfast and lunch at the locally owned general store. Christopher went above and beyond good hospitality. We loved the hot tub, super clean and private, the fire pit was great as well! We plan to return in the summer so we can enjoy the lake access more which was so beautiful to watch the sun rise over it in the morning. I would just suggest if you use the pull out sofa bed it’s probably more comfortable for younger kids- my 12 yo was fine but my 15 yo was not super comfortable. We would prob bring our mattress pad when we come back but not a big deal. Still totally worth every penny and more. Make sure you take advantage of this great tiny home!

Michelle and this property are absolute gems. The place is spotless, full of clean and well-maintained pots, pans, kitchen utensils, appliances, and tableware. All the rooms are well appointed and comfortable. We have learned from past rentals that the home is not always cleaned properly. So we normally wipe down all the counters, faucets and tables prior to use. This is the only home that we’ve rented that came away with ZERO dirt. Michelle’s very prompt communication contains very detailed information regarding the house and things to-do around the area. We are in awe of this house and Michelle. We hope that all future renters continue to respect the property so that many more can continue to enjoy it for years to come.

Beautiful home that is about 15min from Manchester, which is wonderful to walk around (shops, restaurants). The home is secluded on a nice piece of property in the woods. It was a charming getaway with a wood-burning fireplace and great amenities (games, dart board, hot tub, etc). Highly recommend!

I’m grateful that Peggy and Harry were willing to rent to us at the last minute. Our family needed a quiet respite to be together during a difficult time of loss. The solitude of the lake and woods was calming and we had plenty of room to be together. I only wish we could have stayed longer!

Space is huge, has all the necessary appliances and very clean. Great location within 10 min of mt snow

My sister and I spent a few relaxing days at Shannon's home. We had a wonderful time! It's in a great location- close enough to town to see the sights and go to restaurants, but also far enough away to be so peaceful and private. We booked it because we love being near water, and the house didn't disappoint. We loved the view. It was a bit windy and cool while we were there, but we were able to sit outside several times by the lake and use the fire pit. We also enjoyed watching and listening to the many birds around the house. The house itself was warm and comfortable and had everything we needed. We were happy to meet Shannon when we checked in. She answered questions we had and made recommendations based on our conversation. Thanks Shannon for having us, and we would love to come back sometime to your lovely home! Highly recommend!!

Great place, great location. Has all the necessary amenities. moover was helpful, and was otherwise close enough for a quick drive to dropoff equipment. the place was quiet and parking was easy, even being so close to the mountain. will definitely consider for future trips.
