Terri’s place was very clean and had everything we needed. This was our first time staying at an Airbnb and Terri made it very easy and comfortable. Gave us all the information we needed, very responsive to questions, checked on us and was proactive in offering suggestions about places to go. She even complimented our dog for how well behaved she was:) if you are needing an Airbnb in Paintsville, I recommend Terri’s place!!

Great location, you can see the main road between Pikeville and Prestonsburg. Everything was as it was described, it was very clean and cozy. Prefect for two people. The host was nothing more than great and communicated great. If you’re in this area it’s well worth the price the host is asking. I travel a lot with my job and it was awesome to come to a place that felt cozy like coming home after work. Awesome place give it a try if you’re in the area.

Stayed while in town for work, amazing place with plenty of parking space for trucks and trailers available. Cozy and comfortable, felt right at home and the beds were very comfortable, especially after long work days. Highly recommend if in the area!

House was super clean. I was traveling for work this time, but would definitely consider returning with my family to ride the H&M trails in the future.

Rachel was very helpful from the very beginning, when I fat fingered the wrong date for departure. She reached out to verify dates, and I caught the mistake when she reached out. Perfect house for a quick get away. Gazebo over the river was perfect for our amazing burgers from across the street. Highly recommend.

I really enjoyed my stay here. Comfy house with nice appliances and furniture. Close to everything in Prestonsburg. I will definitely book again when I’m back in the area.

The house was spotless and well within distance to Hatfield McCoy Trails. Host was very responsive. Parking was a bit tight to get backed into driveway with 20' trailer but relatively easy with someone to help guide me in. Overall would recommend and would stay here again.

Our sibling getaway was great. Home was as described and very clean. Location was perfect for what we had in mind which was day trips We checked out Hatfield McCoy history one day . Loretta Lynn on another day and just enjoyed driving the mountains and valleys. This place would be perfect for a group with several buggies to ride in. Extreme parking and many trails near by. Great stay to visit family and ride the Hatfield Mccoy trails! the place was fully stocked with everything we needed from the bathroom to the kitchen! The fire pit and hot tub were a perfect night cap. Will stay here again.

It was a home away from home. It's set up great for trail riders with ample parking and located between the Buffalo mtn and Devil Anse trail systems. A quick ride down the road gets you to the trails.
