We stayed 4 weeks in Zo Dani’s place, right in the centre and yet quiet. We wanted a place where we could walk everywhere, where I could work and where we could unwind. The place is beautiful, located in a neighborhood where children play on the streets and everybody greets you, but very close to the centre of Utrecht, with any shop you might wish close by, be it a fish shop, a butcher, a do it self shop, restaurants, supermarkets, a bookshop, ATM, etc, and the wonderful Grift park behind. Wittevrouwen is a gem. From here you are in 5-10 minutes in the centre. The apartment is spacious, with a large table for working and eating, a sitting room with a huge sofa and armchairs and large flatscreen tv with all the channels and streaming services on it, you might want, a separate kitchen which we used everyday and a beautiful bedroom and bathroom and toilet. Zo is very accommodating; when we arrived he explained everything we needed to operate independently, and was always available.

Die Wohnung ist, wie von Marco beschrieben. Von Amsterdam aus gut mit der Bahn zu erreichen. Der Check-in funktioniert einfach und unkompliziert. Marco reagiert schnell auf Anfragen und Antwortet höflich. Wir waren zu viert und alle sehr zufrieden mit der Wohnung! Ich würde wieder herkommen und empfehle diese Wohnung weiter!

This cute little studio is well worth the price, the hosts are accommodating and friendly, the location is very close to public transit and the views are wonderful. Mark and Patrick gave great, detailed information about the area and the studio, as well as meeting us at check in to make sure we knew how to get in and out of the building easily.

Saubere Unterkunft mit sehr bequemen Queen-size Betten. Die Kommunikation verlief reibungslos. Das Objekt entspricht den Bildern, auch die Sitzgelegenheit mit zwei Stühlen. Direkt an der Straße kann man das Auto stehen lassen (Tagesticket: 24 €). Mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln ist die Innenstadt mit der Straßenbahn 26 in circa 18 Minuten zu erreichen. Die Straßenbahn fahren zuverlässig und regelmäßig. Fußweg zur Haltestelle beträgt 1,3 km. Das Viertel ist noch im Aufbau, in unmittelbarer Nähe gibt es keinen Bäcker oder Lebensmittelgeschäfte.

Peggy was incredibly kind and accommodating throughout the entire process, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The apartment was very well equipped and had a beautiful view, making it a truly memorable stay. I would highly recommend it!

Honestly one of the best experiences i had since i’ve been traveling. Amazing house in an amazing city, not too far from Amsterdam and all other places me and my partner visited. The Host are very kind and helpful, they gave me lot of information also for to get to places. I absolutely suggest it to everyone!

Wir haben ein Wochenende in Maaikes Wohnung inklusive Kater Otto verbringen dürfen. Wir fühlten uns sehr wohl und haben von dort die komplette Stadt auskuntschaften können. Wenn wir wieder nach Utrecht zurückkehren ist diese Wohnung unsere erste Adresse.

Paul’s apartment is a great location when visiting Amsterdam! It’s a quick tram ride to the centre or the museums when you want to be in the action. It’s a lovely neighborhood filled with great restaurants and shops when you want slow it down a bit and relax. Great parks are close by, too. It’s the best of both worlds! Paul is a super responsive and kind host. I would highly recommend this apartment.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour, le lotissement est très calme et paisible. Le jardin est très appréciable. Le logement est spacieux pour deux personnes, la cuisine très bien équipée. Nous avons été bien accueilli, les instructions d’arrivée sont claires et l’hôte nous a renseigné sur les événements qui avaient lieux à notre passage.

Nous avons passé un fantastique weekend ensoleillé dans un cadre apaisant et verdoyant. Le petit jardinet clôturé est un réel plus lorsque l'on voit avec son animal. Le logement est décoré avec goût, très bien équipé. Heleen est chaleureuse, accueillante et n'hésite pas à s'adapter à nos demandes. Idéalement situé à côté du château de Haar. Nous recommandons chaleureusement ce logement pour un weekend en amoureux

Very friendly host willing to provide a nice stay to his guests. Fresh tulips in vase to welcome us (I don't like cut flowers but my friends does). The flat is spacious with a beautiful wooden table in the dinning room. Nice garden to sit outdoors. Well equiped kitchen and good kitchenware (we cooked a meal every day). Easy public transport to city center and P+R closeby to get rid of the car. Lot of restaurants/cafés in the Javastraat closeby.

Nice and quite place. Well decorated Apartment, 15 minutes away via bike from touristical places. Jacob was always flexible and answered quick. Apartment was clean. All good, would repeat.

Was a great place to stay in Utrecht. The rooftop terrace was a nice plus

This was the perfect “home base” for our trip to Amsterdam. Far enough from city central to be nice and quiet, but well connected via bus/metro/trolley. Several good restaurants close by, as well as a small grocery store.

It was wonderful to have this roomy appartment just next to the cows, with a view of the cows from the kitchen and one of the bathrooms. A peaceful place between a canal and a meadow, close to Amsterdam.

Delightful canal home, more spacious than we anticipated, with a flower garden under the front window. Fabulous location within walking distance of many of the main museums, excellent restaurants in the immediate area, many practical amenities (nearby groceries, etc.). We walked almost everywhere, did not use public transportation at all, but it was right there, both metro and tram, just across the canal. Michele was responsive and generally lovely, making us feel welcome--tulips on the table, a special Easter bread. We had everything we needed for our four-night stay, and the bed was wonderful and cozy with puffy covers. If we're in Amsterdam again, we would love to have another stay here. Highly recommended.

I absolutely loved my stay at Johanneke‘s place. Immediately as you walk out the front door, you are in Ten Kate Mart with tons of food stalls lining the street. Just 3min walk away is Foodhallen, where you’ll find a local artisans market plus food and drink options that are open late into the evening. The neighborhood was vibrant during the day and early evening but still felt private and I enjoyed having a quiet place with a beautiful and serene backyard. It was very easy to walk to public transit should I choose to take the tram, or could easily to Vondelpark or Jordaan neighborhood to see more sites. Johanneke was a great host and very proactive with information and checking in. I would book her place again and again!

Wonderful apartment very close to the centre. Comfortable beds, a sauna!, and plenty of space on two floors. All communication with Fleur was quick and easy, and we will be back! Thanks Fleur

I had a fantastic stay at this apartment, perfectly located in the heart of the De Pijp neighborhood. The area is lively and full of great cafés, restaurants, and shops, yet it stays peaceful in the evenings. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was friendly and responsive, which made the experience even better. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to enjoy Amsterdam from a great base!
