Barbara communicated with us very well. We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It was close to public transportation, and it was nice to have a nearby market. We would definitely recommend this place!

Schöne und ansprechende Wohnung im 12ten. Sauber und gepflegt, hell und gut ausgestattet. Ansprechendes Badezimmer und gute Betten. Fotos und Beschreibungen entsprechen der Realität. Wir sind gerne für 10 Tage dort gewesen und haben uns wohl gefühlt.

We had a wonderful time staying at this location! It was the perfect amount of space with a fully stocked kitchen. We were able a walk to many sites and enjoyed how clean the home was. We were very comfortable here. The quick response is helped. Everything run smooth for us and that was extra appreciated. Thank you!

Stay was great. The apartment I stayed in was very spacious. Bed is comfy and the kitchen is fully equipped. Terrace is nice especially in the morning when sun is rising. Overall, apartment was clean but it had traces of wear (especially walls which were having luggage marks on them from other guests).

Ich hatte eine wundervolle Zeit in Marions Apartment! Die Unterkunft war nicht nur blitzsauber, sondern auch sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet – man fühlt sich sofort wie zu Hause. Marion war eine unglaublich freundliche und aufmerksame Gastgeberin. Die Lage des Apartments war perfekt: ruhig, aber trotzdem sehr zentral, sodass man viele Sehenswürdigkeiten bequem erreichen konnte. Ich würde jederzeit wiederkommen und kann diese Unterkunft wärmstens weiterempfehlen

I’ve had the pleasure of staying at the apartment hosted by Florian and it’s been nothing short of outstanding. The property is immaculately maintained, with clean common areas, beautiful landscaping, and a peaceful environment that truly feels like home. Florian is responsive, professional. The location is another major plus — close to everything you need yet tucked away enough to enjoy quiet and privacy. If you're looking for a place that combines comfort, convenience, and a welcoming community, I highly recommend it - it’s been a fantastic place for our trip to Vienna.

Mariana's place was pretty, cozy and super clean. Located in the quiet Hietzing district, 15 minutes to the Schonbrunn palace and approx. 25 minutes to the city centre by car. Getting around was easy both by car and bus/tram. In the house, there was everything one could wish for. We loved the bedlinen. Thank you Mariana!

Wir haben als Gruppe zu dritt in der Unterkunft gewohnt und fanden sie perfekt für eine Gruppe - in unserem Fall hatte sogar jeder ein eigenes Zimmer! Wer 'daheim' kochen will hat auch eine super ausgestattete Küche und vor allem bei warmem Wetter sitzt man im Hof sehr gemütlich. Nur bei schlechterem Wetter könnte ich mir vorstellen, dass ein gemütlicher Aufenthaltsraum fehlt (Sofa steht am Rand in der Küche). Sonst wirklich alles prima!

This home fulfilled our Christmas holiday expectations. The home is full of character and we really appreciate the history. What an experience for our children to stay in a home that is older than our country. The kitchen is well stocked, out in the quiet country about an hour west from Vienna. The hosts were warm, friendly and responsive. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again.

Das Haus und die Umgebung sind sehr schön. Man hat alles was man braucht und vor allem Ruhe. Die Kommunikation mit Martin verlief problemlos. Wir hatten ein schönes und entspanntes Wochenende zu dritt mit Freunden. Hätten auch locker noch ein paar Tage länger ausgehalten.

Tolle Unterkunft in der Nähe vom Schloss Belvedere. Super vom Bhf erreichbar. In direkter Nähe befindet sich ein Supermarkt, ein Drogeriemarkt und ein Bäcker. Die Wohnung selbst war sehr sauber und geräumig. Marianna war stets gut erreichbar und hat uns bei der Schlüsselübergabe alles in Ruhe erklärt. Es war ein toller Kurzaufenthalt in Wien.

I had a fantastic stay at Sebastien’s place! From the moment we arrived, they were incredibly welcoming and made sure everything was perfect for our stay. The accommodation was spotless, well-equipped, and had all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. One of the standout features is the private parking, which made things so much more convenient. The location itself is peaceful and quiet, perfect for relaxing after a long day. Whether you’re traveling for work or leisure, this place offers the ideal balance of comfort and tranquility. Unser Aufenthalt in der schönen Waldheimat hat keine Wünsche offen gelassen! - Unsere gesamte Familie hat eine unvergesslich tolle Zeit dort verbracht und es hat uns wirklich an NICHTS gefehlt! - Das Haus war in seiner Aufteilung und Großzügigkeit einfach perfekt für uns und unsere Kinder! - Großes Plus geht an die urige Gemütlichkeit & Sauberkeit des Hauses! (Besonders das Spielzimmer hat es uns unglaublich angetan und war ein ganz großes Highlight für Groß & Klein :)) Wir kommen ganz sicher wieder und werden uns immer an dieses unvergesslich schöne Wochenende am Semmering erinnern!

Katja’s apartment is lovely. It’s a perfect base for exploring Vienna. It is very close to the main railway station (15 minutes walk) and close to the tube station for easy access to everything! Katja is very helpful and accommodating. I highly recommend her apartment!

Die Lage der Wohnung ist wirklich top. Alles war sauber und schick. Tina war freundlich und immer gut erreichbar. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in Wien!

The apartment was very clean, spacious and comfortable, perfect for our party of 4. It is conveniently located a short walk from the Metro station and tram stop with connections to the city. There are a couple of supermarkets close by too. Beds were very comfortable too. Stefan was an amazing host, super fast in responding to messages and even when we had an issue with hot water it was fixed within minutes. Would highly recommend and we’ll stay again if we’re ever back to Vienna.

Les indications données sont précises et efficaces : arrivée aisée dans le logement qui est très fonctionnel. Calme absolu durant la nuit et bon emplacement pour aller dans le centre où flâner sur les berges du canal. Les hôtes sont aux petits soins ! Merci à eux !
