Staying at Fleur’s place was such a treat. A gorgeous, elegant house with a garden for miles. Super easy to check in, and we had everything we needed for a weekend away. Don’t hesitate to book, you won’t want to leave at the end!

We stayed for 1 night while we were at a party in the local area. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. Parking is available in the nearby streets but we did not find it easy to park , arriving mid afternoon on a Saturday. I'd happily stay for longer.

What a beautiful place to stay! The attention to detail was amazing and it had all the possible amenities you could need. Diewertje was incredibly responsive and even left a little gift for our 1 year old which was extremely kind. We really enjoyed using the log burner on some cold and windy evenings. The location is also great for exploring the local area. We would not hesitate to stay again!

Excellent home for a weekend away, we loved it. Deanna was extremely helpful - loads of useful recommendations and clear instructions. House is spacious, beds v comfortable and the outdoor area at back was perfect for breakfast in the sunshine. Highly recommended!

Sheila’s house feels like a home the moment you step inside. It’s roomy and bright throughout. We all loved the place including the young grandchildren who spent ages in the garden amusing themselves. The kitchen is packed with masses of everything you could think of and as we cook this was brilliant. As all the adults have stressful busy lives this break was so relaxing, just what was needed. As a birder I highly recommend Pegwell reserve for a great walk and great birdwatching. Highly recommended.

We had a wonderful stay at Jamie's Cottage in Whitstable. It had a great location, is airy and stylishly furnished, lots of great art prints and in the typical style of an English fisherman's cottage. Everything we needed was there, the kitchen was well equipped and Jamie made sure we were comfortable. I only realised afterwards that dogs were allowed, but it was really very clean and you didn't notice a thing! Above all, the bed was super comfy, there was great bed linen and the shower was perfect (in some holiday homes it's a disaster). Thank you Jamie, we would love to come back!

WOW! What a phenomenal villa in Margate. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and quite honestly did not want to leave! Beautiful interior, extremely clean! Birthday banners and balloons for my partner and even a complimentary bottle of Prosecco! Host went above and beyond to make this trip special. We can’t wait to visit again, thank you!

Had a wonderful stay at Amelia’s flat over a long weekend in Margate - it was clean, cosy and really welcoming. The bed was super comfy, bathroom really clean and decor is amazing. Overall, a really lovely stay (we would definitely come back). Thank you for making my girlfriend’s birthday so lovely.

Loved our weekend stay at this stylish and character-filled flat in Margate. The space is beautifully curated with vintage touches, unique artwork, and thoughtful design details that give it a truly welcoming and creative vibe and everything was impeccably clean. The location is perfect if you enjoy a bit of a stroll - about 30 minutes to Margate center, which made for a lovely walk through the town and gave us a chance to explore some great spots along the way. The area itself is peaceful but still close enough to all the independent shops, cafes, and galleries that make Margate special. Jess was very communicative and helpful, responding quickly to the questions I had. would recommend Jess's place.

We throughly enjoyed our stay, the description given is 100% accurate. Great views, tranquility and you can be as active or inactive as you want. Great correspondence from Tom indicating local places to visit and recommending local hikes (using an app, thankfully as we were useless with the map and compass...lol!) Glad we read reviews and brought along camping chairs, which where great for sitting in front of the firepit in the evening. The cabin was lovely and warm and we had no need to use the fireplace. Surprised by how good the Shower was too, hot water and pressure was perfect. We came away feeling well rested and would highly recommend and we will definitely come back or visit other cabins in the future.

We had a lovely couple of days away with the dogs. we know the area well and went to visit family and friends around Kent. Emma was very accommodating and all the little extra touches were really appreciated. Our dogs settled straight in and loved running around in the shared big garden. would definitely recommend and we will be back next rime we are visiting Kent

We had a fantastic one night break here. the Cabin was incredibly warm and cosy, and the temperature of the heating was adjustable and kept us happy throughout the evening. The amenities were perfect for what we needed, and the surroundings (a quiet but functioning fruit farm) was enjoyable to watch from inside the cabin. The grounds although closed to guests were available for us as guests to have a stroll around and they were even picturesque at the time of year we visited (February). We would absolutely visit again. Thanks for accomodating us

Many thanks to our friendly approachable hosts Mary and Mick for a very enjoyable recent stay in their garden room. A home baked loaf scones and a selection of breakfast cereals very kindly provided. The accommodation in a very quiet location is ideally situated for easy access to all major roads to explore the beautiful surrounding area. Sue & Ed.

Such a great stay! The cabin was brilliant and so peaceful. Lovely sitting out by the fire pit listening to the owls when it got dark. The outdoor space was great and our daughter loved running around and enjoying the swings etc that John kindly said we could use. John couldn't do enough for us with lots of recommendations for pubs, day trips and outings. So friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend!

We had such a great Easter weekend at Cosy Cabin! There were so many lovely touches around the place, including books, toys, games, toys for the cats to play with and hidden little nooks in the garden. The kids LOVED the chickens and going to collect delicious eggs in the morning for breakfast. The garden is perfect for kids and has a little play area which kept them happy and busy. The “Easter bunny” even left out some hidden chocolate eggs for an egg hunt, which was so thoughtful ❤️ We all agreed that it was the best weekend away we’ve had so far.

Jan is just the best!! We stayed in the railway carriage for 2 nights and wish we could have stayed longer. She is the best host and the farm and carriage are just stunning. Lots and lots of local recommendations. Even in the rain, we had an incredible time and can’t wait to come back.
