The studio at Karen's is a beautifully private space in a green and serene spot in the Kent countryside. The space has been put together with taste, care and wonderful attention to detail. We had a lovely, relaxing overnight stay, felt warmly welcomed and the breakfast (yes guys, this is an Airbnb in the truest sense of the phrase) was absolutely delicious. Don't hesitate!

Tara’s place is very cosy and it is in the perfect location in Whitstable for a family who wants a bit of comfort and peace from the buzz in the town’s high street. On top of this, Tara is a super friendly and responsive host. We travelled with a couple of kids and our pup and we felt right at home. Thank you for letting us stay at your place!

It was amazing had an amazing time and was an extremely easy process would recommend to anyone interested because you will not regret it. Was a very clean and tidy place and for the price it was very good.

From the very start, Angela was very communicative. She sent a list of restaurants, cafes, places to see, things to do, which was very helpful. The house was even better than we thought. Although the pictures look great, in person our expectations were exceeded. We travelled with 3 x under 5's and were chuffed at the fact that there were toys hidden in every nook and cranny. We even spent longer in the house than we thought we would because they were so well-entertained. There were little elements of detail too, with a fully equipped kitchen (particularly the fridge, pantry), some coins for the pinball and retro machines and a sign welcoming us. The location was phenomenal - literally a 3 min walk to the beach, and a 1-2min walk to the first coffee shops. Aldi was round the corner which was also super convenient. There was also on street parking, but when it was full, we parked in the pub next door. We have no complaints whatsoever and are already planning our return!

Perfectly located right across the road from the town and 5 minutes to the beach. Easy check in and space for the car which was very useful. Everything nice and clean and host there to show us in and around as we arrived.

What a charming and cozy house for a weekend stay! Very "bohemian" feel, lovely and quirky. Location was superb with just a two minute walk to the bustling High Street. We found it quiet at night and the car park across the street was the height of convenience. Janey did a great job in preparing for us and generously left a great "starter" kit: bread, eggs, crumpets, butter and a bottle of wine.

We had a great stay, a lovely and comfortable home & the outside bath and sauna are a nice touch, everything we needed in the kitchen for Xmas dinner. And lovely Christmas decorations for the holidays

We had such an amazing time at Stuarts cottage. The place was beautiful and so were the surroundings. The hosts were so responsive to all our messages and questions. We had such a lovely and tranquil stay, we would definitely go back and recommend it to others. Thank you for having us 😊

Contact-less entry is so easy and convenient. Perfectly situated, just one road back from the beach. Immaculately clean and very well maintained. Gina is an excellent hostess and makes herself readily available if you have any questions or issues. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay here again.

Great stay and perfect location for visiting Margate. Towels and bedding were clean and fresh and the apartment was very clean and tidy. As per previous guest reviews, there’s an issue with the water temperature when using the shower but we found a workaround that balanced the temperature out (Hint - use the shower attachment connected to the bath taps and put that in the shower holder, it just about fits. You can control the temperature much better). I had to give Arnold a low mark for communication because I literally never heard from him the entire time leading up to the booking and right through to checkout. Although clear and concise, the only information we had was what was on the booking app. This was enough for us to check in and enjoy our stay but an acknowledgment of messages would have been nice (I hope the lack of response didn’t indicate that he was ill). A lovely, short break in a good location.

Debi has the perfect place for a get away from the city. What made it even more perfect is it is a dog friendly place! It is spotless and tidy! We had a really great time and we hope to come back again! Her place is highly recommended for any one who is looking for a break from the hustle and bustle of the city. Lovely walk from Whitstable/Tankerton Beach!

We stayed two nights in this beautiful Georgian garden flat and felt very at home. Antony is super friendly and sent a detailed welcome pack ahead of time including tips for things to see and food recommendations. The kitchen was well equipped (we like to cook for ourselves) and generously provided lots of bits and bobs including milk (soya as well as regular), bread and juice. The garden front and back is very pretty and lovely to sit out in. The wifi was powerful enough to watch shows on our phones, although it was nice to read/play games and not just sit in front of a screen. Absolutely recommend staying here if you want to explore Sheppey (particularly if you want to visit Elmley reserve but stay somewhere homely and cheaper!).

Bertie and staff were great. We had a fantastic time and the full breakfast was amazing. We enjoyed a pint in the bar attached to the apartment and the atmosphere was right up our alley. If we're ever back in Southend on Sea we be contacting Bertie first.

Alex was lovely from the very beginning, so helpful! The apartment is one if the best we've stayed in, beautiful, amazing location right on the front, and everything was completely spotless! Such s perfect stay thank you so much Alex.

We had a fantastic stay at Lee-Ann’s apartment! The space beautifully blends modern design with charming traditional features — think striking modern art paired with original architectural details. The rooms were incredibly spacious, with high ceilings that made everything feel even more open and airy. One of the highlights was the stunning sea view, which you can enjoy from the balcony. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed for cooking, and the location couldn’t have been better — just a short walk to great bars and restaurants. Great communication too, usually replied quickly and was happy to help. Highly recommend staying here.

Niki has made a wonderful restoration of the property making it both homely and interesting. Niki is delightful company making one feel well looked after from the first contact. I shall definitely return when in the area.

We had a great stay. Lovely place, both the space itself - very cosy and comfortable - and the garden and surrounding area: beautiful, green, and tranquil. Carol and Guy are great hosts, very kind and accomodating, and communicate well. Highly recommended!

I had a truly wonderful stay at Nicola’s place in Broadstairs to see in the new year. The town is lovely with a good and varied selection of pubs and restaurants pretty much all within 5 minutes walk. The beaches along the coast of this stretch of Kent are excellent. Along with bracing weather it cleared my new year cobwebs Nicola is a super host! Clearly takes pride in ensuring her place is comfortable and homely. The bed is very good. The shower is excellent. I quickly felt at home here. I would stay at Nicola’s place again

Vivian is friendly warm and kind, so helpful and considerate. She made me a packed lunch which kept me going all day on my road trip through France. I was up early and she didn’t mind. I needed to start my motor bike at 4am and she said it wouldn’t matter, just get on and do it. Lovely hostess. I felt completely welcome and at home.

We had such a gorgeous stay at Carlos and Samuels home. Our kids thought the place was "SOOO COOL"!! Wonderful plants amongst the original details of the old home but with modern amenities to make it a very comfortable experience. The beds were very comfortable and the bathroom a DREAM! Very quick walk to Margate town, great food spots, the beach. Communication from both was spot on giving us great recommendations and all the info that we needed regarding the house.

Sue has a lovely English home and garden. She was very welcoming and made us an amazing English breakfast. She took care of every need with grace and charm!

Una accoglienza unica, mi sono sentita veramente bene accolta e la benvenuta. Gilly è stata gentilissima e mi sono sentita come a casa mia con tutte le comodità. Un vero piacere stare in una casa così accogliente dove sono stata sempre a mio agio. Ho dormito alla grande e la colazione era fantastica! Da Gilly a Dover tornerei molto volentieri senza cercare oltre, veramente una sistemazione accogliente e consigliatissima!
