Me and my family felt right at home here while I was working in the area. The area is beautiful and peaceful. Our host was very responsive. We really enjoyed cooking on the gas range and never ran out of hot water. We would definitely return and recommend to anyone staying in the area.

This is a nice spot — peaceful and pleasant. The house is very nicely appointed. Everything is new or nearly new. The furnishings are simple but comfortable. It’s within easy driving distance to Cookeville. Sadie was super responsive and friendly and flexible. Would recommend!

This home was exactly what we needed for our large family visiting the area for a wedding. The house felt so “homey” as soon as you walked inside and the home was furnished with all kinds of extra linens, towels and kitchen supplies! Sallie was super responsive as we planned for the trip and made sure we had exact directions into the area.

We are repeat customers, place works great for us. We are just looking to hang together so perfect for that. Pool was nice place was clean and location is extremely peaceful. What more would you want.

My mom and I stayed at Cynthia’s place for the MammothMarch down in Spencer at the Fall Creek Falls State Park. It was only about a 40 min drive and easy to get to and from. This place is beautiful and it felt like our second home while we were there. It was so spacious and elegant and located on a quiet neighborhood street. She had everything we would need if we were staying longer. We never cooked since we were gone so much and too exhausted to think about food, but the kitchen was well-stocked if we needed it. We’d love to stay again if we come to the Sparta area in the future.

This is a clean, lovely, spacious home in a gorgeous, peaceful setting.

This location was extremely convenient for my needs. The space was cute albeit somewhat eclectic. I found the space comfortable.

We loved our little weekend getaway in this beautiful space. It rained which we thought would dampen the mood, but the huge windows made it such a vibe & even more when the rain stopped & we had the best view of the most beautiful sunset ever. Thank you Jon for such a wonderful place!!

The place was great and with in walking dusted of several restaurants and bars downtown.

Located in the historic downtown area, this place is very spacious, comfortable and tastefully decorated. There are so many places to dine and grab delicious coffee. The hosts were beyond accommodating with my stay! I definitely would stay here again!

Great AirBnB. Enjoyed the location close to Crossville and the quiet location.

We had four people staying in the condo, it was a perfectly sized space to accommodate us. It was extremely clean, and we had everything we needed for the weekend. We did bring our own snacks and food to prepare meals, which I would recommend doing! We really appreciated seeing staff being mindful and practicing precautions the entire stay. When we arrived, we did have to wait about an hour after check-in as it wasn’t ready yet. And our wristband/keycards weren’t properly activated so they sent a maintenance person to fix that, who was very helpful. We got to see two baby raccoons from the back porch as soon as we arrived though, so we didn’t mind. Would highly recommend this stay for a quiet getaway!! We had a great time.

Great little spot in the heart of Tn. We were impressed with the cleanliness, communication, appointments, and "hominess" of this location. We will probably revisit Fairfield Glade in the future and if we do, we'll be reaching out to Cheryl again. Thanks for a great stay!

Had a good stay here! It was very easy to check-in and the host was super responsive. The place even had pots, skillets, etc. which was nice we didn’t have to bring our own or buy anything (except it didn’t have a 9 by 13 pan which I could’ve used). This place was perfect for what was needed!

Stayed to visit my wife's grandparents that live in Fairfield Glade and my family was very comfortable with the master bedroom very comfortable. Also was very great for my three kids that slept comfortably after catching fireflies at night. Would stay here again.

We had a great stay- the host was very responsive and went out of her way to make sure we had a comfortable stay. The lake view was beautiful and the unit was comfortable, clean and well stocked. We didn’t realize that we had to pay to use the pool, it is in the listing but we missed that, so just something to be aware of. Otherwise all around a great stay.

The location was perfect for our needs. Communication was excellent as we were driving in and asking to check in early. Would definitely stay again.

Shuli was nice enough to give us a free upgrade to a 2 bedroom and we were blown away. Beautiful and roomy private condo with a fireplace and fully stocked kitchen that will make your stay beyond comfortable and relaxing The location is full of so much to do anytime of year and the rentals are large enough for full family trips without feeling crowded. The area is very quiet and not rowdy, I believe we were told it’s kind of like a retirement community. We had such a peaceful time and definitely plan to be back again! They may ask you to sit thru some sales presentation for a free deal of some kind but we just politely turned it down.

Nice clean place. It was a good experience for our employees that stayed at this rental!
