Staying at Luam's place was great! The house looks exactly as it is listed. We wish the pool would have been available for use :( but all other amenities and accommodations were exceptional! The house came with a fully stocked kitchen perfect for cooking a great meal. The house was spacious and there was plenty of room for all of my guests. There could be more mirrors in the house as the only mirrors were in the bathrooms and 1 large mirror in the living room and the beds were slightly hard but that did not take away from how amazing the house was. It was 20 minutes from DC in a quiet area. The perfect home away from home. Thanks, Luam for being so responsive and providing easy check-in instructions. We would definitely stay again if in the area.

Perfect place for our stay in Germantown. Very cozy and the kitchen was fully stocked with cookware. Plenty of rooms for everyone to have their own space and also the family room was big enough for everyone to hang out together.

Staying here made our family wedding stay away from home, a very memorable and fun weekend for the whole family. Muvh better than being stuck in a hotel with lots of kids!!

The Nelson Group were the perfect host/hostess during my stay at their beautiful home. This was a great place for our family of 13 to stay during the weekend of our niece's wedding in Baltimore. The home has plenty of large common areas, dining space, and super comfortable beds - even the queen-size bunk beds on the lower level had high-end mattresses. The kitchen is well-equipped. We had 4 additional family members drop in for dinner on our last night there, and it was no problem preparing food for, and serving, 17 people. Everyone was happy with this choice for our accommodations.

The property is everything as described and more! We immediately felt at peace and appreciated the wonderful amenities (fully stocked kitchen, sauna, comfortable beds, window views). Duane was a ray of sunshine and incredible host. He stopped by to give us a history of the property and suggestions for enjoying nature. Our walks were relaxing and we enjoyed all the wildlife: birds playing in the morning, a groundhog running about, and busy squirrels. We would certainly stay again when in the area!

The place was wonderful. The pictures don’t do it enough justice! It’s very spacious here. Very ideal for larger groups. Kevin was very responsive too! 10/10

Maggie’s house was perfect for our family getaway! You can’t beat this location. It was a quick walk to Eastern Market metro and tons of local shopping/dining options, yet the street was peaceful and quiet. We were able to spread out and relax as a family of three with two dogs. The house was comfortable and had everything we needed. Maggie was responsive and helpful from booking and through our stay. 10/10, would book again.

Robert's place is comfortable and clean. The mattresses are comfortable - firm with a soft top. He is friendly, responsive, and full of information about the area. We felt completely at home. It is the perfect distance from the mall. We took an Uber into the city each day and this was an easy, quick, and inexpensive ride.

The Groovy Crib is a gem! We felt right at home. The place is spotlessly clean and comfortable—just right! We had easy access to the places we wanted to visit around Frederick. We especially enjoyed having the school nearby and loved watching the kids play outside in the afternoon. My husband started calling it "our school" when we were finding our way back to the house after being out for the day. Nicole was very friendly and quickly responded to our questions. I personally appreciated the Anker cubes scattered throughout the rooms where we could plug in our various devices. Clever! And the night lights in the house made it easy to find our way after dark if we needed to get up for anything. Very helpful in a strange new place after a long day of travel. We had a small issue with the security system one night, but it was quickly resolved. We will stay here again next time we are in the area!

This place was just like the photos in person the Host Demetria was the best host I have worked with in Airbnb she is very helpful very sweet and very responsive when you reach out my daughter and cousins were very satisfied with her sleepover and she didn't want to leave....This place felt just like home away from home... Nice size bedrooms and the decor was beautiful I am definitely booking again in the future....Thank You again Dee your the best. Loved the entire house.

We had an absolutely excellent stay at Jennifer’s place! She was a responsive host, gave us recommendations and instructions were really clear. The home was clean and close to bus stops to the city. Only things I’d say is: A- the bed was really wobbly and I was a bit nervous to move on it because I did g want to wobble it further and B- it would’ve been really amazing if the front door had a covering or curtain as for a bit more privacy but overall, amazing stay!

Such a lovely, comfortable home. Everything we needed. Loved the location. The neighborhood was extremely quiet and neighbors were friendly. There's a park with walking trails and lake half a mile walk away. The house was perfect. Relaxing. Comfortable beds and bedding. The record player was an added bonus, as were the puzzles and board games for the rainy days. Communication was excellent. Answered any questions quickly and was very helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

Felt like home. Quiet neighborhood with walking distance grocery store. Extra amenities. Very clean and I’m a clean freak.

Aivet’s place was very beautiful and spacious. We truly enjoyed our stay there as well. We highly recommend it to anyone who’s looking to travel and relax at the same time. My wife, two kids, pup and I all enjoyed our stay at this well appointed and super comfy home. It is in a great location with parking on site and a cute park right out the back door. Walk to lots of cute restaurants, bus and metro easily. The host was super accommodating and easy to get in touch with. Will definitely stay here again if ever in the DC area.
