Eco Studio Retreat Maraetotara Valley

Our place is a unique architectural designed passive solar, straw bale home with recycled native wood and natural clay finish. Enjoy the warmth, peaceful feel and views of the beautiful Maraetotara valley and relax in the natural spring water hot tub. The 30 sqm studio is located within the main house, has a separate entrance, private deck and parking with EV charger. Kitchen with toaster, microwave, fridge, induction cooktop and electric BBQ on deck. Breakfast pack for the first day.

Self-contained (it has a microwave, kettle, toaster only, NO STOVE/OVEN and no cooking allowed, PLEASE). One-bedroom cottage at the bottom of a park-like garden. Smoke-free area. Quiet and spacious. Separate from the main house. Super friendly Shih Tzu dog. 10-minute walk to the city centre, supermarkets or parks. Hop in your car and you have Sunday markets, cycle tracks, Te Mata Peak, beaches, wineries, Art Deco, and more. We will endeavour to make your stay an enjoyable one".

Modern architecturally renovated studio Tuki Tuki

A beautiful little studio in the magical Tuki Tuki valley. Incredibly peaceful and in a very scenic location looking over a small vineyard to the river. Handy to Napier, Hastings and Havelock North. A perfect location from which to enjoy Hawke’s Bay events. The studio has a small kitchenette but no cooking facilities. Bbq available. Perfect for short stays. A short drive to the cycle ways, wineries, trout fishing and beaches. Breakfast for $25 per person may be available on request.

Welcome to Boutique Stay, a newly renovated cosy guest suite for that comfortable stay away whether for pleasure or business. We are located at the end of a quiet residential cul-de-sac. You are offered the mix of an urban location with the added aspect of a country outlook. We are situated close to the Mission Winery, Church Road Winery, cycle paths, Park Island sports ground, and the airport. There are two major supermarkets and shopping centres that are a short drive away.

Our studio apartment is totally self contained, with wonderful wooden floors and light streaming in from the garden one looks onto. Perfectly situated a few minutes drive between Havelock North and Hastings and decorated with a Colonial African slant. We always leave muesli, fruit, milk, and croissants in the fridge for our guests to enjoy on their FIRST morning, so they can relax and not have to go out for breakfast. Tea and coffee are always provided.

Our home is situated in a quiet area of Taradale, Napier, and a 10-minute easy walk to the village & in close proximity to Church Road and The Mission wineries. Great location to walkway/cycle ways into Napier. Dolbel Reserve is on our doorstep with several walking trails to explore. Taradale has cafes, bars, and restaurants as well as plenty of shops to browse in. Our lovely warm Hawke's Bay summers are perfect for the many events and concerts available.

Conveniently located in the rural outskirts of Clive village, 10 minutes drive from both Napier and Hastings cities. Close to shops yet away from street lights and traffic noise. Our stylish cottage has the best of both worlds. Rural, quiet setting, only a 3 minute drive from the fabulous Havelock North village. Situated on a very special, peaceful, slice of paradise, on an apple orchard, on the northern outskirts of the village. Minutes from Hawkes Bay's amazing attractions. A twenty five minute drive to the Napier airport. Our swimming pool is situated behind the main house, 30 meters over the paddock.

Welcome to my Studio. Hi I am Breny, I love meeting people. Enjoy your own warm cosy private Studio, with its own driveway seperate from our house, and you have under cover parking. It has one room, comfy queen bed, and separate bathroom. Sleeps two comfortably and has a rural out look. You can visit some of the local wineries near by. It's 22 minutes to Napier and 7 minutes to Hastings. I look forward to meeting you.

Jervois Cottage

To the rear of our family home is Jervois Cottage, a fully self-contained one bedroom unit, fully insulated, double glazed and heatpump. Toiletries, tea, coffee and towels are provided. Jervoistown is a quiet semi-rural neighborhood. 10 minutes drive to Napier or Hastings. 5 minutes drive to the Church Road and Mission Estate wineries. 15 minute walk to Greenmeadows supermarket and cafe. Smoking permitted outside only.

Hart's Place

Hart's Place is a private, modern, attached unit. It has all new fittings and furnishings. It is light and warm, with a heated bath room floor, just installed a carbon filter, no more chlorine in the water. Situated in a safe quiet cul de sac and has a tramp and swing for children. In one of Hasting's best and most central suburbs location wise.

The Clive Hideaway - Villa

Nestled along side the Clive River is our lovingly restored Villa “The Clive”. With Napier, Hastings and Havelock North an easy 12 minute drive, we are conveniently located in the Heart of Hawkes Bay. Clive has proven to be the perfect hub for cycle enthusiasts, with easy access to over 200KM of Hawkes Bay Trails.
