The flat is exactly as seen in the photos. Perfect location - 30 seconds walk to the main street, yet amazing quiet! Beautiful and spacious. Loved the flooring. Well equipped. An ideal place to stay.

This is an old town house which was a former family home, so its just like a home from home. Its not a five star hotel or guest house but then neither is our own home place and we are perfectly happy there just as we were in this house for our weekend in Graiguenamanagh. Lorraine could not have been more helpful. - Answering any questions we had before booking - Meeting at a time that suited us to hand over keys and explain the running of the house and what was available locally. - Stocking up with Tea, Coffee, Milk, Bread, Jam and Biscuits. - Being at the end of the phone over the weekend to recommend restaurants etc. Grainuenamanagh Our first time and we were all blown away by the beauty of the area. Beautiful towns and villages of character. Indeed 2 minutes from the house there is access to miles upon miles of paradise for any runner or walker in the form of the Barrow way. Why is this area not promoted more from a tourism perspective? If your looking for a place to hide away watching TV on a 40" screen this is not the place for you. However if it a nice home to lay your head after days exploring the beauty of this area then it ticks the boxes. We will be back

Breda and Joe’s farmhouse apartment was good value and just what we were looking for after a few days in busy Dublin - a peaceful stay in the countryside. They provided everything we needed in a very cosy, well-appointed cottage setting. The homemade bread and scones were a treat. It was an “escape to the countryside” but only 30 minutes drive from Kilkenny. Would definitely stay again.

We have travelled the world for almost two years and stayed at over 25 Airbnbs. This was one of the best we have experienced on the Airbnb platform. The little touches made a huge difference to us travelling for Christmas. Beautiful Christmas decorations, cosy furnishings, wine and cheese left in the fridge, made our stay so much more welcoming during a difficult time where we had to travel from Portugal to be with our elderly sick relative at a nursing home in Wexford. The location was perfect and everything was within walking distance. I would highly recommend staying here. I know we will definitely be back again. Thank you so much Margaret for making our Christmas so much more special than we imagined.

Beautiful apartment, facing the beach and with an incredible location, great communication with the owners, extremely polite and always available for any questions. I loved it.

Patrick's hospitality knows no bounds. once he knew I was travelling with my elderly mother, he offered to pick us up from the bus stop and even stopped at a shop to allow me to get groceries for us. The flat was perfect for our needs incl. step free access, and we felt very comfortable from the start. it's in a great location, only a few minutes from town. Thank you Paddy for your generosity!

Thank you for such a lovely stay, even nicer then the pictures. we were unlucky with the weather but the stunning sea views were just magical! great apartment, amazing location, a squeeze for a family of 5 in bedrooms but it does say 4 people , spacious and beautiful kitchen/sitting area. and love the option in the future of booking the one bed above the apartment as a duplex nearly. I would love to stay again, great location in beautiful tramore , delighted we chose to stay here, 2 adults, 3 small kids, we all loved it! would highly recommend, Dara has over and above local information once you book, so clear and so easy! love to return!

This is the best air bnb I’ve stayed in so far! Paul and Fiona are kind, generous, and friendly. The kitchen is well stocked for breakfast and had beautiful fresh tulips. Paul ran through how everything works and kindly offered space to store my bicycle at night. I would definitely rent again if I’m lucky enough to visit this area again.

Very new and very modern house with high quality equipment and appliances throughout the house. This is an A2 rated building with an air source heat pump. However, this house is very comfortable and pleasantly warm without the heating being on, due to the excellent windows, doors, and insulation. Wifi is excellent and the Heating is easily controlled. Note, this house is in a housing estate with some building work to be completed on other roads. That being said, it was very quiet and private for us. Pub and shops are close by and are walkable. Its a good base for the Waterford Greenway, with the city and Kilmacthomas within easy driving distance. Ger kept in touch throughout and was very quick to respond. We had a very comfortable home-from-home stay.

Brendan was an amazing host and did everything in his power to help myself and my friends. We really appreciate all he did for us. The place was spotless and felt homely. Couldn’t recommend a better a place than here.

Book the Orchard if it's available: it's a lovely rural sanctuary, in a very beautiful area of Wicklow, 1 mile from Redcross with the vibrant Wicklow brewery, which serves delicious food. We enjoyed loads to do in the locality including VR trip in Wicklow jail, Avondale tree tops walk and 35m slide, the Motte stone, the Dying Cow pub, Glendalough board walk, Brittas bay, river/forest walk in Tomnafinnoge oak woods. l highly recommend the Orchard with lovely homely vibe and touches.

It’s hard to find fault with any aspect of our overall trip including accommodation, location warmth of reception given out by Frances/Yvonne. We would however make one recommendation for the shower in the lower Bathroom the floor of which is very slippy which poses a hazard to wrinkles like me it would benefit from a grab rail

Had a veery nice and relaxing stay in Kathleens house in Avoca. House was very central to the village and was a very well laid out and comfortable place to saty with everything we needed for the time we were staaying there. From the well laid out kitchen, dining area, relaxing living room, spotlessly clean bathrooms and comfortable beds everything in the property was great. Kathleen and the local woman who met us when we arrived to let us know how to access the property were always on hand should we need anything though as everything was spot on we didn't have any need to contact them once we were there. Highly recommend staying in this property and would also recommend Kathleen as a host.

We were a group of 8 staying at the Coach House for an annual get-together and we all thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The surroundings are very picturesque and peaceful. We enjoyed a lovely walk to the village and at Woodstock House & Arboretum. The house itself is fantastic with a large well equipped kitchen for our meals and a very warm spacious living room to chill out in. Daniel was most welcoming and helpful. I'd recommend the Coach House to anyone looking for a private, comfortable, scenic holiday home in the South-East!

This was the nicest Air BnB we have ever stayed in for a great price! Eileen was a great host who went out of her way to accommodate our check out times and even came round in the middle of a stom when the power went out (Storm Dara) and provided us with torches and candles. I would recommend this Air BnB to anyone. Thank you Eileen!

We had an excellent trip to Wexford. Staying at Nicola's was the perfect place - walkable to the tourist parts of town, and the street traffic was minimal (there will always be some noise in the center of a town, be we heard almost nothing.) Very lovely space, comfortable beds, pleasant dining area, and a private parking space in the center of town. We loved it and would gladly come back. Thank you!

this place is very well located with lots within walking distance and close to a regular bus route . there is a great oven ,the living space is larger than expected. the host was very responsive and had suggestions for places of interest nearr by I enjoyed my stay here and would reccomend it .

We had a nice stay in Marianne's house I cannot fault the accommodation. It was a lovely apartment with beautiful furnishings. The house is well equiped and wouldnt want for anything for your stay. Marianne was lovely to deal with and responsive. We were very unfortunate that a corporate group booked out the entire hotel and facilities so we could not get any food or drink on site during a large portion of our stay. Marianne does to be fair warn about times where it could be members only but I didnt realise all areas could be booked for exclusive use. I went to use the swimming pool on the last evening with my son and we were really disappointed that it was €50 for a family day pass to go for a swim. I understand a fee but find it hard to justify a price that high. There are lovely walks and grounds to enjoy while staying there. My son enjoyed the playground and exploring the grounds.

A great location, scenery and such a warm welcome. We arrived and Sean had been keeping an eye out for us, so arrive moments later. We received local knowledge and the comfort that Sean was not far away should we need him. (Which we didn’t) The apartment was spotless clean, towels and bedding in abundance, walked out to see the breathtaking view and all was good with the world! A great location for everything, we had all that we needed, felt safe and very comfortable Thank you, we will return

Such a lovely home with beautiful surroundings and lovely animals! My partner and I really fell in love with the donkeys and cat next door, such an adorable added bonus to our stay. Our host supplied lots of snacks for us including homemade bread which was a nice treat. The cottage was easy to access and is situated in a very peaceful area not too far from wonderful spots like Glendalough Upper Lake, which we visited twice. Would recommend anyone to stay!
