This lovely unit is where I have lived for a years and will have everything you'll need for a great stay. The furniture and the mattress is high quality and the photos are very recent. Fully equipped Resort Style Amenities such as salt water, heated swimming pool. Indoor spa: Jacuzzi, Steam Room and sauna with an amazing and huge fully equipped gym. Cozy 1 Bedroom 1 Bath Apartment

Quiet, comfortable 1 bedroom with private bathroom, living room, kitchen and private balcony. My little cat MauMau lives here. She is approx. 7 years old. Please don't ask me to remove my cat. She is a rescue and this is her apartment. I will come by 2 times a day to take care of her. I will respect your privacy but please understand I will come by. 1 block away from Santa Monica for short or longer stays. fans, heater, WIFI, coin washer/dryer in the building, easy access to city and beach.

The location is perfect located next to Beverly & Rodeo Drive with the great restaurants & hotels. Once you arrive, you'll discover a beautiful Ivy covered boutique building that's adjacent to Rodeo. MC Manor

My place is close to Sawtelle and Cheviot Hills Recreation Center. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. Lots of restaurants in a walking distance. Close to the Mall and 99 cents store.Close to buses to go to UCLA and the Beach. Very safe area and good neighbors .It does not have Stove but Microwave ,Toaster ,Coffee maker and everything else you need to prepare a meal with Microwave. It Does not have AC but a Fan . I try to be a good hostess for my hosts.

Safe upscale Cheviot Hills. Private entry, one bedroom ensuite attached but no access to house. Close to Century City, UCLA, 20th Century Fox, Sony Studios, 10 Freeway for downtown access and 405 freeway as well as Santa Monica Beach. Very walkable neighborhood, 2 blocks from Rancho Park with golf, tennis courts and a walking path. For vacationers, upscale shopping and restaurants are close by. Free easy street parking available on the street. No parking restrictions at all.
