Felt right at home. The space is modern, new and clean. I had a good night sleep and was totally comfy during my entire stay. Would definitely come again and recommend others coming to Negril area.

Great location!! Right on 7 mile beach, but set back enough for privacy and peace. Perfect location on the beach itself, close walk to the beach bars and restaurants, and a grocery store. Plenty to do right there in walking distance, including bars, restaurants, boat charters, beach rentals, etc. Great alternative if you want to enjoy the beach without being stuck in a hotel/resort.

Jeffrey’s place was the perfect place for us to unwind and simultaneously entertain our 2 young children. Everyone loved the variety and proximity of Villa Sweet J to the enormous communal swimming pool, as well as to the gorgeous local + neighbouring bay. The villa has everything you need to cook good food (e.g. pots & pans, appliances, utensils etc.), but you might be tempted to take Selina up on her offer to prepare lovely Jamaican food for you. Such a treat. The bedrooms are equipped with comfy beds and near-blackout curtains, and the temperature throughout the villa was always cooling. Everything was just wonderful, not to mention easy: no problem, mon! On top of the house itself, Jeffrey & Joy have a fantastic network of people in the form of Selina (housekeeper & chef) and Rashawn + Jermaine (drivers) to make your stay extra special. A big THANK YOU to them and hopefully we will lucky enough to stay at Villa Sweet J again.

We spent a total of 3 nights and enjoyed our stay throughout. The villa was clean, well decorated and felt like home,e. We look forward to spending more time at the villa during our next visit to Negril.

The Photos do not do Mrs. Dianne's cottage justice. Watching the sunrise and sunset from the veranda was just absolutely amazing. Beautiful and relaxing. I stayed with my 2 children and we loved it. Everyone was so welcoming . Subrena the property manager was so delightful and helpful. Stinger ( the neighbor across the road ) was also very friendly. Demar( who also lives across the road and is a local taxi driver) was so helpful and friendly. Thank you Mrs. Dianne for sharing a piece of paradise and we will be back

A wonderful stay and the recommendations for restaurants and guides in the guest book are very helpful! We tried many of the restaurants recommended and all were home runs. The garden and property are beautiful and peaceful. We would definitely stay again in a heartbeat!

The pictures somehow undersell this AMAZING townhouse and property. Everything was perfect, as soon as we entered the property we felt welcomed. The townhouse was spotless and there were fresh beach towels, bath towels and linens in each room. The property itself is breathtaking with amazing views and beautiful sunsets. I can't wait for our next Negril trip so we can rebook!

We loved our stay in West End! Dwayne was an awesome on site host - always available to answer questions and give recommendations. This location was very private and a short walking distance to great food and attractions in West End. It was just a short drive or about a 45 minute walk to the Seven Mile Beach in Negril. I had such a fantastic time staying at this property! This is a well loved and well taken care of place. The home was welcoming, cozy, and absolutely spotless. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the space was all well appointed, spacious and absolutely breathtaking! The proximity and location can’t be over emphasized. Look forward to come back endless amount of times. Thank you for absolutely everything.

We found paradise! If you are looking for a private beach, you will love this place! It's at the end of 7 mile beach, which you can easily reach by foot, where you can find restaurants and bars. Note: access to beach not suitable for kids as you are crossing hedo club beach. We loved the house, it's in a small comunity with great neighbours, really fun but quiet. You can snorkel just around the beach or if you dare swim to booby cay, great snorkeling. Mirelle is very friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay again, thank you!

Lighthouse Inn 2 was the peaceful retreat I was searching for my trip in Negril. The studio was squeeky clean especially the kitchen and shower which were easy to use and felt just like home. As a solo female traveler, I felt safe at all times inside the studio and outdoors within the property grounds, which were gated, and included beautiful foliage, singing (and humming) birds, ample tall light posts, two friendly pooches, and peaceful sounds of the forest to keep you company through the stay. WOW! What a host and great stay at Dawns place. Dawn was always there whenever we needed her. Stellar communication! The apartment was a quaint and quiet space with the little privacy wall and all. Felt just like a one bedroom / studio. This community had a lot of elderly people who were just simply relaxing. The beach was a five minute walk and it’s next to a nude beach. However, Grand Lido is in the opposite side full of families and fun! The TV was a bit hard to figure out. No worries Dawn gave me step by step directions to turn it on. She said she would put instructions up for the next guest. The apartment is on The third floor and the light in the hall was out. The rock pool was great. Just be careful of the little sea urchins cradling the side walls. The shower is on the small side and it’s enclosed with glass. The space had two balconies one for standing the other was to relax on. This apartment did not disappoint my husband and I at all. I missed my flight and Dawn welcomed me

My husband and I were in Negril for the weekend and truly enjoyed our stay at Mark's Penthouse by Tigress. It was a comfortable stay. Everything from the well laid out bathroom with instant hot water, to the bedroom with a comfortable bed and a hidden Kitchenette, with all the amenities of a kitchen. Its a good spot to checkout

Very nice, great communication, very authentic Jamaican experience. If you don’t mind leaving the beaten path of a resort style vacation this is probably a good fit for you and your family. On site assistance pretty much 24/7 if any concerns arise or even for advice on how to effectively navigate the area. Having the garage was certainly a bonus for inside/outside space.

Die Lage ist sensationell. Das Apartment ist sehr gut eingerichtet und ausgestattet. Alles ist genau so wie beschrieben Wir habe uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir hatten ein paar kleinere Probleme mit der Haustechnik, die hätten vermieden werden können. Die Probleme wurden dann aber zügig abgestellt. Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt.

I went to Westmoreland for a family event and decided to stay in Negril. Maria's place is located in the heart of negril. it is in the halfway point between the Seven Mile Beach and the Cliff side where Rick's Cafe is located. It is a short walk to the straw market, the bank, Cambio (money exchange), Burger King and numerous restaurants, street food vendors and fruit stands. it is located in a gated community that once you enter the gate it gives a relaxed vibe. The unit is tastefully decorated, very clean and with updated appliances. Maria was engaged, I arrived late even and she checked in to make sure that I was fine, much appreciated. Check in was smooth, the security guards at the gate was very helpful and provided a seamless checking, they also assisted with information regarding local restaurants and places to visit. I really enjoyed my stay and recommend Maria's place to everyone.

I booked Delroy’s place for my husband who was on a business trip and needed a place ASAP. Delroy delivered! His place was as described, eco-friendly and suitable for all lodging needs. Delroy was a wonderful host, friendly and very knowledgeable about everything in Negril including finding a local contractor. His place was easy to get to by car. Would definitely recommend his place- we love to support local owners small businesses. It was a pleasure staying there.

Gute Lage, (zwischen Ricks Cafe und 7 Miles Beach). Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der nähe, ansonsten von Vorteil mit dem Auto unterwegs zu sein.

The place is perfect for people who just want to relax, private beach large pool and a short walk to what we thought was the no. 1 beach , Bloody Bay beach . The snorkeling was amazing saw everything from sharks, stingrays, moray eels, fish of every kind and even caught a lobster and crab by hand . Don't be bashful ask people for anything they all want to help you have a great stay . We found out from a resident that you could have meals delivered to you also there was a farmer that came and had fresh vegetables and fruit on Mondays and Fridays. It was awesome. They say taxi's and restaurants are expensive, not really it's comparable to most places around the world. Are we coming back " YEAH MON " we are already looking into it for next year we totally recommend this place. Great place for long stays we stayed 63 days loved every minute.

This home was as described and the bed was really comfortable. We loved having the fully stocked kitchen as we made breakfast every day. We felt safe and the entire Negril Beach Club complex was well maintained and peaceful. Thank you we'll be back!
