We had a wonderful family trip. Two of our kids couldn’t make it, so we ended up all fitting in the main bedroom with a queen and bunk bed and two extra rooms to spare. Walk to the lake and Boettcher Park. Dozens of deer every day. His property is beautiful and very comfortable!

Had a great stay! House was cozy and clean with nice linens. 1 bathroom was a little tight for our family of four, but we knew that was going to be the case at booking. We didn’t use the kitchen much since we were mostly sleeping there and hanging out at my brother’s house nearby, but it was huge and well equipped! Neighborhood is quiet and walkable with sidewalks and little traffic. Thanks for the stay!

We loved the location of this home. Easy walk to the lodge and to the chair lifts for summer activities. My grandson loved having a ping pong table. The neighborhood loop is very nice and there are great little trails for walking around. Check in and out was easy and close by. We were thankful that we were able to bring our dogs. One downside of a pet-friendly property with extensive carpeted areas is that stains are more prevalent. The stains throughout made it difficult to feel that the space was truly clean, but I completely understand the challenge of maintaining cleanliness when you're generous enough to welcome guests with pets.The overall vibe of the cabin is great. You can tell this is a great family spot for ski vacations and fun. Plenty of space - lots of great windows and a nice deck.

This house was perfect for us fishing at the lake! Great parking for a big boat and truck with power connections within reach for re-charging the boat everyday. Perfect in every way thank you Holly

This is a beautiful home with an amazing view. The huge deck was our favorite place. Ron was the nicest guy! You will not regret booking this spot!

Wonderful stay- had a full house with 2 kids under 2, one four year old! Plenty of space for everyone, easy to find and a quiet neighborhood. Kitchen and dining space was wonderful. Nice backyard and easy to find

The photos don’t do the views justice. A beautiful place, and only minutes from all things Bozeman. Beyond convenient location , visually stunning. We checked in late. Wade was a great host, and really made sure we got there alright and got settled. It was just my wife and I, but this house would be perfect for large families or friend groups. Plenty of everything Don’t pass this place up

This place was much more than I expected. After checking the local hotel rates, I tried AirBnB. Cozy Cottage is less $$ & offers so much more. The decor has a western flair with Lisa's eclectic touches throw in. I was in town helping a friend going through cancer. I really appreciated the well equipped kitchen as I could show him how to cook simple, nutritious, meals he could make for himself & eat. We relaxed on the couch & watch movies. I will definitely be back. Thanks Lisa.

We’ve stayed here before, it’s becoming our go-to spot when we come to Philipsburg. Right in the center of town walkable to everything and a short drive to the ski hill. Very clean and spacious for a studio. We’ll be back!

Loved the outdoor setting, felt safe coming and going, comfortable, and quiet. Please provide an alternate route to apartment because of a train that stops and blocks the crossing. I got stranded in Livingston when i90 shut down due to a spring snow storm/semi accident. Every hotel was booked and last minute I found this cozy , comfortable apartment to wait out the road closure . SUPER fast response . Seriously saved the day 💕

The place was very cozy and clean. Another bonus they had was lots of coffee and some snacks so when you first get in you have something to eat. There was also some spices and salt and pepper just some extra touches that are nice to have.

This is my second time staying at Johns place. it's a perfect location, convenient, peaceful and a perfect place to work remotely and then off to enjoy Butte and the surrounding area. would recommend his place to anyone whether it's a weekend or an extended stay. you can't go wrong at Johns place.

We loved staying at this place! The old building was super cool. Everything was clean and there lots of places to hang out within the space and outside as well. We had everything we needed and the bed was comfy with lots of pillows. We would definitely recommend this place to others.

I made a trip to Montana to visit old friends that I had not seen in 8 years. We had a spectacular view from the front porch and saw some wildlife-- deer, magpies, red-tailed hawks. We heard some coyotes in the distance a few times. The house was SPOTLESS and very spacious. We had plenty of room and were very comfortable at Karen's place.

Gorgeous home and location. The hosts were incredible, friendly, and easy to communicate with. We just wish could have stayed longer. Everything was clean and there were more than enough amenities. 10/10!
