Lovely stay at Clare’s ideal home. Slight issue with hot water because of the boiler losing pressure which was quickly resolved. Lots of great recommendations, very homely feel and nice and close to the park, quay and amenities.

We stayed here for a hen party and my expectations were well passed! The place felt so homely and welcoming and was beautifully decorated. The hot tub was a big highlight and felt so clean! The hosts were easy to contact and made it a very easy booking and stay. Thank you so much, we had a fab time and the bride is so happy!!!

We have just returned from a wonderful stay at Anna’s place with our 6 month old and 4 year old children. The house was spacious, stylish and well equipped. My 4 year old loved playing with the duplo, dolls house, trampoline, football and books. It made the world of difference to have her entertained. There are lots of nice coffee places and restaurants nearby and, of course, the beautiful Southbourne beach which we visited every day. We would love to go back and highly recommend to other families.

We had an amazing time here. It's even better then the photos of it :) It' very cozy and peaceful.

We had such a great stay at Celia’s home—it really suited our whole family, from grandparents in their 70s to the grandchild who is 4. The house was super clean, cosy, and really well thought out. There were toys and games that kept my son busy, and the space was easy for everyone to have their own space when needed, which made a big difference for us. It just felt like everything had been considered. The location was great too. There’s a lovely little park just a short walk away, which was perfect for morning strolls. The town centre is a bit further, but still walkable if you’re up for it—and if not, it’s a quick drive. Lots of restaurants nearby with a wide range of choices, so everyone found something they liked. The beachfront is also a longer walk, but easy to drive to and parking was no problem at all. It was a lovely place to stay—comfortable, family-friendly, and in a great spot. Exactly how it has been described by other reviews and photos. Would definitely come back!

Accommodation totally met our expectations. Loads of maps etc and local information. Fully enclosed garden which kept our dog safe. On the one wet day, resorted to the extensive DVD & book range. Very comfortable place just to chill and we are looking forward to our next visit.

I’ve just returned from a stay here with my family, and we had a wonderful time. There were 12 of us including 3 kids aged 7yrs and under, and 2 dogs! So I was glad there was plenty of space. The house is beautiful and set in quiet surroundings. The games kept the kids entertained and they loved the Moors Valley country Park that was only 5 mins drive away. I would definitely recommend. The house is even nicer than in the photos.

We had a great stay at Sarah's house in Fordingbridge. There were 2 couples, one child and two dogs. The house is really spacious so you don't feel on top of each other. Sarah has thought of everything you might need with lovely little extras such as milk, coffee pods, bottle of fizz, dog biscuits and bowls. The games room is fun too with pool, ping pong and darts. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely book again.

We had a fantastic stay at Nicholas’ place. The property was located in a quiet area, within walking distance to beaches, the ferry and local cafes and restaurants. The property itself was spotless, and had lots of space (we were a family of 4). Check in was straightforward and we really appreciated the treats that Nicholas left on arrival. We wouldn’t hesitate to book here again. Thank you!

This is as our second time staying at Elizabeth’s place (first time in the flat upstairs which has 3 bedrooms). It is very close to where our son and family live, which is great and has everything we needed to have our 2 granddaughters over for a couple of sleepovers. They had a lovely time and enjoyed playing on the trampoline and swings in the garden. The flat itself is beautifully clean and well kitted out. Would definitely stay again. Thanks Liz.

Enjoyed staying here and wouldn’t hesitate to stay again. Well equipped high quality kitchen, 2 floor apartment which is nice. Great private parking, Waitrose or M&S across the road, lovely pubs and shops on your doorstep.

Absolutely beautiful flat. It was clean and we loved the thought that went into the decor. And there was enough toilet roll! 😆 The hosts were very responsive and amenable. The bar opposite was a bit loud with music but it stopped at 12 and didn't bother us really. Thank you.

Staying at this place was nice: the flat is very cosy, well-furnished, location is marvellous, just few minutes away from the seashore and city centre, though quite enough. All the amenities, incl. washing machine and dishwasher, are at place. In this regard, the flat is suitable for both - short-term and long-term stays (I did the latter and enjoyed it a lot). There could be some complexities with general cleaning (since it's optional and not very cheap), though the hosts are able to accommodate you (by providing e.g. clean bed linen on request). The hosts are responsive and open to help with and advise on anything, which is an additional plus!

The apartment is modern, comfortable and well appointed with wonderful views of the coast and sea. It is a perfect base for exploring the local area with lovely walks on the doorstep. Brian is a lovely host, easy to communicate with and very responsive.

Lovely property it had all the amenities. Good location. Near the centre of Swanage, about 10 minute walk. Lots of restaurants and shops. Near the beach. There a smart tv with Netflix, YouTube Disney+, everything you have with smart tv.

Excellent host. Very responsive and well worth the price. I asked for an earlier checkin and they were more than happy to accommodate. There was scaffolding up around the building, but we were aware of this before and it didn't block the sea view. I would definitely recommend.

Spacious three bedroom 2nd floor appartment. Lift located next to appartment front door. One parking space which can be seen from living room window. Lots of extras in appartment- eg shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, toilet roll, hand soap etc which was a great addition. Further free parking around the corner on Derby Road. 10 min walk to Boscombe beach. Would thoroughly recommend and look forward to a return trip

True to the description and photos - the flat was great. Sleeping on the sofa was fine, not the most comfortable but fine for a night! It was quite noisy as there’s a Main Street below when trying to sleep but I felt it was the charm of the location! Matt was great with directions, instructions etc .

Absolutely amazing stay at Samantha's place! Communication was excellent from start to finish. The flat is truly beautiful - the photos don't do justice to how spacious and open the main rooms actually are. The location couldn't be better - just a 5 minute walk to the beach and a short drive to the New Forest. We were able to explore so many beautiful sights all within easy reach. The beds were very comfortable and all appliances were new and worked perfectly. We hope to return again soon!

Had a designated parking spot which was very handy. Lovely outdoor area and secure and safe. Photos were exact to what was excepted. Tony was quick at answering the phone when needed. Lovely place and feels like home. Perfect for our one night stay. Walking distance to what we needed. Was perfect.

Kelly & Scott's Coast house is a great property and they are great hosts, all their recommendations were amazing 😍 The property is decorated with detail and has a charming presence giving you the old world charm with all the facilities. The location is great to explore the south of England, we used it as a base to drive through the Jurassic Coast and explore the small towns around it. The location of the property is great too as there are a number of walks along with very good restaurants, cafes and coffee shops in the area making it ideal to relax and take a stroll Also Kelly and Scott are very helpful making the entire experience pleasant.

Mark, Jon & Jack all responded immediately to any questions. Easy self service check in with clear instructions. Parking onsite with provided Permit. The flat is in a fabulous central location. We could walk to where we wanted to go, yet it was so peaceful and private. Everything was spotless and all essentials provided. The bed and bedding/linen was premium and so comfortable. We closed the lounge door the second night, as the light came flooding in through the blinds and we had kept the bedroom door open. If we were staying longer, we would have liked a sofa with more room and comfort, but fine just for 2 nights. We would definitely return and great value for money. Thank you for a lovely stay!

A great place to stay in Southbourne. Close to the beach and nature reserve. Has everything you need.
