There is a CB2 day bed in the living room that sleeps an additional 2 people comfortably. Extra charge of $25/night +tax if the extra bedroom is used in 2 person reservations. $20 extra cleaning fee for reservations of 4 or more. During heating season not suitable for children under 5 because of pellet stove. .

Because there are dormers (peaked areas in the ceiling), especially tall people might feel a little cramped in this space. Large apartment with lots of light. It has a steam shower, modern tub and close to everything in Florence. The electric assisted bike depot will be a 5 min walk coming up in late April or early May! There are 2 Airbnb’s in the building so I ask everyone to be thoughtful of others. Also there are 2 small cats that share the same entrance. They are super sweet.they do NOT go in the apartment, they say hi by the front door
