Christina is very responsive with all my questions prior to my arrival: clear instructions for our arrival. Very friendly to deal with. -Studio, is exactly what the pictures show. Clean, newly renovated, -Pool, right outside the unit.. very quite area .: great for an afternoon swim. Plenty of loungers and umbrellas. -Beach.: when it says the place is on the beach .. it is ! Very quite beach , chairs and umbrella ready to be used .. steps behind the building. -Area, Pompano to the left ( 3 miles ) .. Ft Lauderdale to the right ( 5 miles ) Lauderdale by the Sea pier ( 1 mile ) all have plenty of food options. Would recommend Christina’s place to any couple looking to get away for a Florida getaway

Pros: Location is EVERYTHING!!! Only 1 block away from the beach. There’s a convenient small market across the street, and lots of food options within walking distance. The property was cute felt like your own little tropical oasis! The pool is magnificent! You do share it but it didn’t bother me. Loved having our own private hot tub, a grill and nice patio area, make sure you bring bug spray, the mosquitoes will get you! Bed is comfortable, nice spacious shower. Beach chairs were provided for guests use which was nice! Cons: The couch wasn’t as comfortable. The place could use a better clean, most dishes I used were dirty so I had to re wash everything, and Some beach towels had stains. Would have been extremely useful if we had a laundry basket or hamper available to use. Overall, I would definitely come back again! Host was extremely responsive and helpful, addressed all my concerns & questions. Definitely book it!

This condo was so great! Walkable to the downtown area and beach, really cute pool area with grills and plenty of seating options. We loved sitting on the lounge chairs & watching the boats go by in the canal. Beach chairs were provided and there were towels to use by the pool. Some very minor cosmetic imperfections that could easily be fixed (stain on couch pillow/ patch on the wall), but didn't impact how happy we were with the stay at all. Would stay again anytime! The location was PERFECT! The ideal spot to get away and relax, refresh, and rejuvenate! It was clean, quiet, and had everything I needed to get away for a week. Having a kitchen with refrigerator and freezer, a stove and microwave, was ideal and saved a ton of money from having to go out to eat. Gloria was kind, helpful, and responded almost immediately to all questions, and even suggested places for me to check out and things for me to do. 10/10 Thank you so much Gloria

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was absolutely beautiful with amazing ocean views. We would stay at any of Ignacio’s properties. He waa extremely helpful through the whole process .

Love my stay at Victoria's place! The pool is hotel-quality and the condo is very nice. The bed was very comfortable, and the place was clean and had everything we needed. Would stay again!

L’appartement est très bien situé sur la plage! Le lieu était propre, mais la porte patio avec la vue sur la plage était très sale ce qui rendait la visibilité moins agréable. C’est un vieil appartement alors il faut en être conscient lorsqu’on loue. Pompano beach est fantastique! Plage tranquille, resto à 2 pas, nous adorons y aller et l’emplacement de l’appart est plus que parfait! Dawn est un hôte facilitante! Nous y retournerons assurément!

We had a wonderful stay at Kevin’s home. Thank you for having us. We loved the quiet neighborhood, proximity to the beach, and the side yard where our kids enjoyed playing. The house had everything we needed and was very comfortable. We’d love to come back again!

My family of 5 just got back from the most wonderful week away in Deerfield Beach at Des’s house. It was exactly as described in the listing, clean, close to everything we needed and wanted to do, quiet, relaxing, and so fun. The pool was the perfect place to come back to after some fun at the beach, the chairs down at the canal were used often to enjoy some quiet (and watch the lizards and fish), and the house was furnished with everything we needed to make our week easy and carefree. We would absolutely book again if we’re back in the area!

Loved our time at this bright spotless spacious house w a view on the serene canal. Thoughtful touches like beach chairs and bikes made the stay effortless. Mostly, host was lovely. Communicative. Readily available and great restaurant recos. Highly recommend *****

We had a wonderful stay at Priscilla's home rental. It was the perfect spot for our family vacation! Spotlessly clean, wonderful design of the home and just overall an incredible house for a pool/beach/relaxing vacation in Florida! Priscilla was super responsive to any questions! We would stay again in a heartbeat!

A beautiful hidden gem. Perfect location, not too crowded or busy. The landscape & backyard canal is beautiful. Bamboo beach house has everything you need! It felt like a home away from home. Close to shopping & dining.

We had an amazing experience stay with our family of 9 adults and an infant. This water front view made us feel like we were in paradise for the week. The house was equip with everything we needed and more. We used every inch of the house, watching tv, enjoying the theater, playing games, grilling out, hanging out, floating in the pool, enjoying the jacuzzi, you name it. We especially were thankful for all the added amenities. What a nice added touch especially when flying that helped lighten our loads. The towels, baby gear, beach towels and the extra wash machines and dryers were a win-win for our family! Thank you again for a WONDERFUL STAY and memories that will last a lifetime!

Annie’s home was gorgeous and was the perfect weekend getaway for our bestie crew! She was so super helpful with clear communication and ready to help with any assistance. The home was located in a quiet neighborhood and had private pool with great outdoor space. We loved everything!

Rafael was very kind. He was seen daily maintaining the property; it is a quaint and well-kempt complex. It was a quiet and private property, which was appreciated. The condo is well-stocked with kitchen supplies and seasonings. Apparently, a lot of people leave sun screen behind because there are several to choose from, if needed lol. Rafael was quick to respond to the one message I sent while there. I would definitely come back.

Karen is a very responsive, attentive host. She happily accommodated an early check-in for us and readily communicated with us throughout our entire stay for any questions we had or suggestions for cloudy day activities. The condo itself was the perfect stay for two people needing a long weekend getaway. The unit is cozy with storage and appliances that are easily accessible, but spacious with tall ceilings. For getting around, Karen recommended to us the Ride Circuit app - a ride share charging only $2 per ride. Overall, we could not recommend Karen’s hidden gem enough. Really hope to be back in the future!!!

Had a great stay very nice resort

The pool and beach were awesome and we enjoyed our stay immensely. The view from the balcony was amazing! Everyone we met was very friendly. You could exchange towels and linens daily if you wanted. There was plenty of seating around the pool, but we found it helpful to put our towels out first thing in the morning to get choice seating. I would go back in a heartbeat if the room was updated a bit. The carpeting had multiple stains that are not shown in the photos and the balcony needs painting and cleaning. Bedding was very clean and comfortable and the bathroom and kitchen were clean. There was a lot of attention to detail in towel display, etc., offering a positive first impression. Sufficient trash bags and paper toweling were also thankfully provided to last the week. Deb was an outstanding host! She responded quickly to all of my questions.

Great location - very central, 2 min from Atlantic Ave. and direct on the beach, at the same time very quiet. A lot of space, very clean and very comfortable, inkl. parking just behind the house. Thank you John, we really enjoyed our stay
