Highly recommend if you’re looking for a home away from home, in a central but quiet location. Exactly as described. The house was lovely, with a private enclosed garden. My son and our pet dog had a great time! There was parking on the street right outside the property and also a drive way. Board games to play, and we really appreciated the tea or coffee on arrival with fresh milk too. Mark was a perfect host, and really saved the day for us and was on hand immediately if we needed assistance. We have family that live nearby, so would love to come back again in the future. Thank you so much for a perfect stay!

Lesley’s place is a home from home! Loved the decor, and it has a real family home feel to it. We really enjoyed spending time together playing cards by the fire, monopoly at the kitchen table and sitting on the terrace facing the river, sipping on a glass of fizz and enjoying the late afternoon sun. No TV was great as it meant our teenagers actually wanted to socialise with us! Fantastic central location too with wonderful pubs and restaurants only a short stroll away and the deli literally outside the front door sold the most incredible selection of yummy treats and freshly brewed coffee! We will definitely be back!

A lovely little house with everything needed for a home away from home. Situated in a quiet residential area within easy walking distance of the seafront and town centre. Beautifully decorated with a cosy relaxing vibe a lovely place to stay.

The house was perfect with plenty of space for the family. Great communication from Michelle. I had a few questions and everything was responded to with clear instructions. Lovely village feel to the immediate area.

I booked this gorgeous house for a reunion of old school friends (and dog!) and it was honestly perfection- ALL the rooms are gorgeous with en suites (so there were no sorry souls who arrived late and got stuck in less the desirable room as so often happens!), we had all we needed to cook in one night and plenty of space to sit inside and outside. The garden is so absolutely stunning and perfect for our dog as it’s secure. We also did several stunning walks nearby (all with a pub on route!) and have a lovely meal out just 10 min drive away. All in all, I couldn’t recommend enough and we will defo be back- already talk of an annual gathering at this spot!

This house is absolutely beautiful, so characterful and charming with the most gorgeous grounds and gardens. Jo was an amazing host and so helpful in advance of our trip, providing lots of tips and ideas for things to do in the area. We were 3 families with small children and she provided 2 travel cots and 3 high chairs - brilliant! We will definitely be coming back. The children fed the alpacas, ducks and chickens and played all weekend in the glorious garden.

We had a short stay but everything was amazing , good , clear communication from start to finish , house was clean and had everything you need to feel like home. Everything looks like in the pictures , we'll definitely come back here. Thank you Rohan 4 hosting us.

Clean, brighf,restful and perfect for a family of 3 plus dog. We love the history of the place and its character, as well as the view. Beds really comfortable which is a big win from us

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Polly"s lovely cottage Chisholm's. Very well equipped and very cosy. Fabulous grounds and garden which is a wonderfully peaceful and relaxing area to chill out in. Great location, a very special place to stay. Thank you Polly

My family enjoyed our little weekend break in this accommodation. Home from home. Nice corner plot with a lovely hot tub which kiddies really enjoyed. Host was very responsive and helpful. Would recommend.

Jeremiah's place was fantastic, it was perfect for my family and I. the beds were comfortable. we will definitely stay there again in future and I will highly recommend this to other guests

Absolutely perfect stay in a beautiful area. The house was spotless and even bigger than the photos show! It was perfect for 4 adults and my 16 month old daughter. Stuart sent great instructions through and loads of information about the local area, although we actually loved the house and grounds so much that we didn’t venture any further - we had a lovely few relaxing days in the house and walks around the woodland. My daughter even got to feed the goats. Will definitely come back, and will do a summer visit too as the pool looked beautiful.

A cosy, comfy cabin at the bottom of Gemma’s garden amidst rolling countryside. We were very happy there.

really nice stay beautiful cottage and garden very close to the local area and pub and local public footpaths would suggest a very small TV only because there's Limited things to do of an evening and possibly the option to have an air fryer for more cooking if wanting to stay for a longer period of time

Emma’s place is absolutely perfect for a short stay. The location is rural and beautiful, yet close to everything you could possibly need. The facilities are spot on for a ‘tiny house’ and I’d recommend it to anyone. If I wasn’t a mother of five, I’d happily live there! Extremely reasonably priced, especially as our stay was over Easter weekend. Thank you for the breakfast, very thoughtful. And yummy! Comfiest bed EVER!

This was a multi purpose trip which included some R&R. The property met all our needs perfectly; it is spacious and really well equipped - beyond the usual. A real 'home from home'. Gorgeous garden. The couple of queries we raised with Zoe were responded to promptly and efficiently. A lovely property, a great stay. Thank you so much.

Lovely long weekend at Louie property very comfortable and dog friendly was a bonus! Bungalow was very spacious and fully equipped with everything you need plus lovely garden and seating area, close to all amenities and lovely dog walks, Louie was available at all times and full of great recommendations for restaurants etc will definitely be back!

Quite simply the best Air b&b we have ever stayed in. I have OCD and I am very picky about staying in clean places, but my goodness this place is spotless! It feels like your own home, it’s so comfortable. It’s modern and finished to a very high standard, with everything you can think off. I would 100% stay here again. The area is excellent for getting around Suffolk and felt safe. Communication was easy and quick. I wish all Air b&b owners got it this right. Well done Neil!

Lovely little place. Perfect for a weekend away. The place is as described! Nice and clean. I appreciated the parking . It had lots of space and easy to get in and out. The host is very welcoming and made us feel comfortable. Would definitely consider coming back one day!
