West Lothian : locations de vacances avec cheminée

Bei Moira und Iain war es einfach super! Es sind zwei ganz liebe Menschen und die Unterkunft war einfach Klasse! Wir waren 3 Nächte bei ihnen und haben an den Tagen typisches Touristen Sightseeing gemacht. Es war toll und wenn wir nochmal in Schottland sind, wären Moira und Iain auf jeden Fall einer unserer Anlaufpunkte! Die Anbindung mit dem Zug nach Edinburgh rein ist super! Preis Leistung passt! Entfernung von Flughafen auch ideal! Eine sehr liebevoll eingerichtete Unterkunft. wir kamen sehr gerne "nach Hause" zu Moira und Iain. Danke!

David’s place was the perfect location for us, close to the train station and easy access to Stirling Edinburgh and beyond. The house was spotlessly clean, nicely decorated, it had everything we could have needed. David checked in with us after our arrival and a few days later, making sure we had everything. I would definitely recommend David’s place.

Second time staying at Henry’s house Again very clean and tidy. Kitchen full of top quality equipment to cook with Loverly village with a very friendly local shop that has some of the Nivea fresh cakes I’ve had Would highly recommend Henry’s place for anyone wanting to stop near Edinburgh and anyone who wants to explore the local countryside No doubt I will be stopping again soon

We absolutely loved our stay at the Doocot. It was the perfect size for our group of 8 and well equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The kitchen had essentials like oil, salt, tea coffee, tin foil etc and he had left milk for us in the fridge. Barrie was conscientious and checked in on us via message multiple times during the stay. The property is near loads of big supermarkets. Would come back in future!

The Bridge house was the perfect spot for our travels near Edinburgh! It was an easy drive to Stirling, the Kelpies, and only 5 min from the train to Edinburgh. The house itself is absolutely gorgeous! Each room is decorated so beautifully, and we felt so at home right away. Dawn and Robbie were wonderful and left us fresh baked bread and eggs from their chickens! They gave us some great tips and recommendations, and made the stay even better. The beautiful backyard with hot tub and sauna was my son’s favorite part! We hope to stay there again one day!

We had a wonderful stay at Denise’s house, the place is nicely decorated, very well maintained, and is properly cleaned. We’ve got everything we need, all bedrooms with smart TV is a plus~ The area is quiet and is right next to a beautiful bridge and the location is convenient to get into town if you have a car. We love our stay and we definitely feel at home, we’ll for sure come back again!

I had an absolutely fantastic experience staying at this Airbnb. The place was exactly as described—clean, stylish, and incredibly comfortable. The host was super responsive, friendly, and went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a cozy and hassle-free stay!

I am sure the goid folk at the Scottish Historical Buildings Assoc would want me to extol every virtue the place has and why it is so amazing. But if I do that, it will be impossible for me to book it again. What to do? I cannot in all honesty say anything bad. So I won't! But one word of advice: keep the entry fob away from your phone, otherwise it corrupts! And please don't book it during next year's Burns weekend!

We absolutely loved our say at Susie and Amit’s apartment. Not only did their lovely space make us feel right at home but they did so much to make us feel welcome and are extremely generous hosts. The flat was spacious, clean and comfortable and was a space where we loved spending time throughout the day. The flat came with an incredible view of the city, and was so convenient as it’s right in the heart of the old town. We have stayed in Edinburgh many times and thanks to Susie and Amit’s amazing hospitality, this was easily the best experience we have had in the city. Thank you both so much for such a wonderful stay!

Amazing location, close to all the main attractions and plenty of places to eat/drink near by!

A lovely apartment in the city centre a few minutes from the station, spacious and very comfortable. Great views which made the 4 flights of stairs very worthwhile.

The place was beautiful, Ross was very helpful with parking and instructions. I would highly recommend this lovely place. View from the balcony was worth the price itself

Lovely, luxurious, spacious property, the photos don't do it justice. Ideally located within walking distance of everything; centre, local attractions and tram stop that can take you straight to the airport. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and had a wonderful family time together spent here, we would highly recommend.

Fab stay, the location is incredible, through an almost secret door and up three flights of wide and well lit stairs. The apartment faces the other side of the mile.. into a courtyard, so it's quiet. There is a low distant hum of the local restaurants extractor fan, but absolutely no other noise during our stay. I would say it's almost peaceful which is remarkable considering it's incredible location. Taxis can be used right up to the door, or a short walk to the station. We stayed with our two kids, aged 8 & 2. One mattress on the two singles beds was a little past it's prime, but would suit a child no issues. The main bedroom (king) and the other single felt new. We would visit again in a heartbeat

Busra’s place was in the ideal location in the middle of new town. Easy walk to the Castle and Royal Mile, and had plenty if great restaurants within a block. The space itself is roomier than we thought, and served as an excellent place to relax after a day of sightseeing. I cannot recommend her place more

we have just left Howford house after a lovely 3 night weekend stay to celebrate my husbands 40th. we were a family of 14 adults, 2 children and a newborn baby and we had the most peaceful comfortable stay. the house is fantastic, it has everything you need and the location although super private and peaceful, it was near restaurants, the coop supermarket, Traquair House and land which we got discounted because we were house guests, and lots of walks and hikes. the surrounding acres were stunning with the frost and autumn leaves. we all loved our stay, the kids (and the adults) didn't want to leave. special thanks to Elaine the housekeeper who was brilliant with her communication and help. we will recommend and be back in the future.

beautifull house, William and his parents couldn't have been more helpfull, spotlessly clean, huge rooms, lovely outdoor garden, the grandchildren loved the tree house and the trampoline. will definitely come again! location was very central, but so quiet, we had the best sleep in ages, lovely comfy beds, thanks once again William, would definitely recommend!!

This house was exactly as advertised. Spacious and beautiful. Perfect for two families. Check in was easy and Jacki was very responsive.
