Hilltop Suite, Quiet Street

The suite has its own entrance in the back of the house and onsite parking in the driveway. You are in your own PRIVATE area that does not join with my living area in any way; we likely will never meet. The space is very updated and clean. Amenities include your own bathroom with a deluxe shower, an in-suite mini kitchen with stove and fridge, a small dining table, a couch, and a comfy queen bed. It’s approximately 15 mins to all main universities, the city center & all of the sports arenas.

We can accommodate up to eight guests easily. with a well-equipped kitchen so you can enjoy family meals at home. Welcome! We are delighted to share with you our favorite room in an 1895 Georgian Colonial home. This comfortable sunporch suite is ideal for two guests or a family with a young child. Located in a safe, quiet, and wonderful section of Pittsburgh, we are close to the zoo and Children's Hospital, and a short drive from downtown. This suite has its own separate entrance, bathroom, and kitchenette. The wall-to-wall windows look over the front yard, courtyard, and our neighbor's Victorian home.

You will also enjoy views of the Birmingham Bridge and the south side flats. Southside Park is right behind the property. If you enjoy nature walks Southside Park is the largest untouched nature reserve in the city. The almost famous Pittsburgh city stairs system is also accessible from our street. Take it easy at this tranquil getaway that is close to everything Pittsburgh. You'll enjoy the one bedroom apartment on the 2nd floor of this historic building in Regent Square. Walk to Frick Park, restaurants, coffee shops and bars on Braddock. Hike or mountain bike on the 22 miles of trails. Small and well-appointed kitchen if you like to prepare your own meals. This Mini Studio is for anyone needing a neat, clean, cool place to stay. It has a new queen bed, sleeper sofa, a kitchenette and a full bathroom with a private entrance on the 2nd floor of a beautiful 1890s Pittsburgh mansion. It's the size of a large room and works very well with guests that are planning to work, or go out enjoying the city and come back to a safe, clean and comfy place to recharge for the night (not suitable for kids under 10).
