Super big house. Super comfy and clean and close to restaurants and stores. Only thing, the stairs don’t have handrails so keep that in mind if you are less than mobile. Wasn’t a problem for us but could be for an elderly or injured person. Loved the house. Definitely recommend and would stay again.

We were looking for a temporary stay due to renovations at our place. The ad said it was pet friendly. However, it did not mention if pet friendly meant cats were welcome. Our booking was accepted, I did my best to keep the place clean of cat litter smells and cat fur. Anything I felt that would get broken or scratched up by my cats was hidden or put up where they couldn't reach. My whole time there was spent worrying about my cats leaving a mess. The location was great, I used my e-scooter to get to and from work, bed and couch were comfy, once we figured out how to control the temperature inside, it was very comfortable overall. Thank you for having us.

Jed's place is charming. Very clean, nice interior, and centrally located! I love the bed and the bathroom. This place is for sleep and go though! If you are in Edmonton with lots of activities in store for your group, this place will be perfect! The only down thing is the dining table. For a house with 4 bedrooms, it has a small round dining table with 2 chairs, but worked for us anyway:-)

A beautiful home, in a beautiful area. The house actually felt like a home, the beds were comfy. I would definitely recommend staying here if you are ever in Edmonton.

We stayed for a week at Andy’s rental. This was the second time we had visited. The house is large and well equipped. It is close to all amenities. We had our small dog with us and it is great that this rental is dog friendly. Another great stay. We would highly recommend this rental.

I had a wonderful stay! The view was absolutely beautiful perfect for relaxing mornings and peaceful evenings. The backyard was a great bonus, offering a lovely space to walk and unwind. Everything was clean and just as described. Tasha and Adrian made our stay so comfortable. Their house felt like we’re actually home! Very affordable for a wonderful place to stay with a very safe neighborhood. I’d definitely love to come back!

Fantastic location, and beautiful unit. You are super close to everything in the downtown area, and the unit offers a great view. Incredible unit ... Clean, spacious, and modern. Also, you are in a highly walkable area. Kind, responsive, and friendly host ... Nothing to change. Simply an incredible unit, and experience!

I really liked Kathy. The house is clean, cozy, comfortable. The area is quiet, all the necessary shops and restaurants are within walking distance.

We enjoyed our winter weekend stay. This was the perfect setup for elementary aged kids. The cottage was cozy and inviting, while being big enough that we all had our own space. The kitchen is well stocked and functional. Beds were clean and comfortable. Great communication from Jenna, directions and suggestions were well laid out. We left some personal items behind, she was very helpful in arranging to have them returned. We would love to visit again!

What a wonderful cabin!! Our group of gal pals had a great time at the cabin! We really enjoyed the hot tub, well stocked kitchen, and of course the fun decor that reminded us of grandma’s house. The place was just as clean as grandma’s too (if not even cleaner!). The walking trails out the doorstep and close proximity to Cooking Lake cross country ski trails made our winter getaway even more fun. Beds were super comfy! Lots of towels and linens available. We even saw a few faint northern light. Oh, and thanks for the bottle of bubbly!!

We had a lovely girls weekend at Birds & Branches. The home is so beautifully decorated. The backyard is a peaceful oasis and a bird watching paradise. The nearby walking trails were an added bonus! Loved our stay & can’t wait to come back.

We really enjoyed our short stay at the cabin.Furnishings made it feel cozy and the kitchen was well stocked with basics to prepare meals. The TV room was perfect for watching movies during cool weather and there was adequate space to play games together or sneak away with your favourite book. We really appreciated the enclosed backyard to let out our mini-Aussie sniff and play catch in. Beds, pillows, linens were sufficient. Would recommend future guests bringing slippers or indoor shoes as there are significant gaps between rustic floor boards.

5 Plus Stars – A Hidden Gem! From the moment we arrived, we felt incredibly welcomed—there was a personalized welcome sign and a lovely thank-you card waiting for us. The cabin itself was absolutely immaculate: cozy, warm, and inviting. Every detail was thought of, from the extremely clean space to the incredibly comfortable beds. The kitchen was well-equipped, making it easy to cook our meals, and we spent our evenings snuggled up on the couch, fully enjoying the peaceful, homey atmosphere. Cheryl went above and beyond—after a big snowfall, she made sure a path to the walking trails was cleared for us and even set up a fire pit, complete with firewood. It was such a thoughtful touch that made the stay even more special. This cabin is a true hidden gem. If you’re looking for a place to unwind, reconnect with nature, and just relax, this is it. We’ll definitely be returning. The entire experience was 5+ stars!

Great stay. Our family stayed here for two days and it was a great relax. The view was amazing with seagulls and beautiful sunset. There was a coffee shop just next door to this property and the coffee they offered was really enjoyable. There was a market next to the coffee shop as well. Food can be easily achieved from there and the host prepared everything you’ll need to cook a good meal and live a cozy daily life. Loved the place.

Fantastic place to get away and relax by the fire! Lots to do around the property and lots of trails for walks and enjoying the outdoors. Would definitely stay here again!!

We had a lovely time at this rental. We really liked how it felt away from the city but was also a very easy drive to all the necessities. The furnishings were high quality and it was very clean and modern. We were disappointed that the hot tub wasn't working but the host did everything they could to fix it. Hopefully they are able to get it fixed for future guests. The host was extremely helpful and responsive in communications. Overall, it was a great rental and we enjoyed our visit. If you are looking for an amazing meal nearby, we highly recommend Joey Sherwood, the service was outstanding and everything we ordered (app, mains and 2 desserts) was delicious!
