Dr Karen and James are the most lovable AirBnB hosts I've seen in the UK. We planned our holiday at the last minute and they were very quick to respond. They were in touch before we arrive at the house and wanted to be sure we arrive there safely :) Karen opened the door even before we ring the bell. She showed us the house, asked us if we are hungry and served us cookies and tea before bed- like a mum :) It felt like home. Karen and James very lovely couple with excellent communication. Furthermore, James gave us a ride to Glasgow city centre in the morning because he was worried that we might not catch the tour bus. He woke up early and even prepared breakfast for us. Just a night was enough to feel like they are my friend. If I go to Glasgow again, I'd like to stay there.

Very cozy, very quiet. Good amenities, enjoyed a nice breakfast before starting the West Highland Way. Hugh was very welcoming and friendly. All in all a great experience!

Soggiorno indimenticabile, perfetto per rilassarsi e riposare in una zona molto tranquilla ma vicina al Loch Lomond and The Trossachs National Park. Lynn è stata un’host perfetta! La stanza ed il bagno erano molto puliti e confortevoli.

After 5 bnbs I can say that Debbie’s place is on the top of my list. Not that I had bad experiences elsewhere on the contrary, but apart from loving the room, the cleanliness of the house stood out, it smelled good and welcoming. It was quiet and comfy.Just next to the train station and a few minutes walk to the bus stops. Debbie was so nice and I felt right at home, she even did laundry for me! Breakfast is also appreciated as it was not included or was minimal elsewhere. If I come back to Glasgow Debbie’s place will be the one I’ll hope to stay at!

The house is perfect, with a big bedroom. I enjoyed the chat with Eileen about different things. Eileen made me feel like home. I really recommend the house.

We were really pleased with our stay at Lorna's, nothing was too much trouble & it was nice to meet Lorna when we arrived. Lorna's house was a real home from home, everywhere was clean & tidy, it was a nice touch that she left us with provisions when we arrived, which she didn't have to do. l would highly recommend.

Patricia was so helpful and kind during my stay! She provided a map of the city, easy transportation instructions, and recommended some local spots to check out. Really enjoyed my comfortable stay and our kitchen chats :)

Fue el mejor rbnb del mundo! Era la primera vez que viajaba sola y me quedaba durante 3 meses en el extranjero por pasantia de posgrado, y Diana me hizo sentir como si estuviera en mi segundo hogar. Sus gatos son encantadores y parte de la familia. Amè la tranquilidad y seguridad del vecindario. Si bien me quedaba a 1 hora de mi Universidad (Stirling), realmente valió todos los viajes en tren. No podría haber encontrado algo mejor que el hogar de Diana para esta experiencia de vida. Lo agradeceré por siembre.

I absolutely loved my stay at Tom's place, it was just as described and beautifully decorated. The apartment was warm, clean, had everything and more and I felt right at home. I was able to hook up my netflix also. All rooms were excellent and comfortable. Close to paid parking, free after 6pm I think and close to restaurants, takeaway, public transport and grocery shops. Access to the property was simple and the instructions were clear. Tom was very helpful. I highly recommend this lovely apartment in Paisley and I will definitely be booking again. Excellent séjour dans l'appartement de Richard : à 10-15min à pied des gares (Glasgow Central et Queen Station), appartement très propre, lit confortable, cuisine fonctionnelle. Richard a été très réactif et arrangeant pour le check-in. Je recommande !

Great stay and location. Easy to recommend and will be an amazing base to visit the various parks and tourist spots in the surrounding local area.

I booked this stay on behalf of my wife and friends as they were attending a wedding nearby. They couldn’t have been happier with the property. It was spotlessly clean and had everything they needed. Margaret provided some bread, jam, tea & coffee and milk which was a nice touch. They also loved the big map that people had pinned where they had come from. Margaret was a great host when it came to communication before and during the stay and was always prompt to reply to messages. She gave me lots of clear instructions to pass on. We would definitely recommend Margaret’s property to stay at if you were looking for some where in that area.

This was our first Air B and B experience and it was super. It was clean and beautifully furnished. Keshan’s communication was excellent and he warmly greeted us and was very nice considering how we arrived later than we expected. The location was great and we ate out at Old Salty’s and The Curlers Rest which were lovely. (We could have stayed in and cooked, as there was a lovely cooker and microwave, but hey , we were on holiday !) The supplies and goodies left for us made us feel welcomed. Much appreciated. My son recommended this to us and we were not disappointed. It was a lovely first visit to Glasgow.

A good base for a few days in Glasgow-walking distance from shops and town. Good communication with host. Clean, quiet and in a neighbourly block.

Brendan was a great host. The place was clean, tidy and is well located for transport - not in the hustle and bustle, not so far out that you spend ages getting places. I would happily recommend this Airbnb and Brendan others and would certainly stay again!

We had a great stay in beautiful Balmaha at Fiona’s place. Easy walking distance down to the village shop/coffee shop and the inn for food. Really close to Conic hill as well so a great location if you just want to get up and get walking. We enjoyed a big walk up the hill and along a part of the West Highland Way. Fiona’s hospitality was fantastic. We enjoyed chatting with her and she gave us lots of helpful tips during our stay. Her packed lunches were amazing and she went the extra mile with a little bottle of prosecco and a cupcake for my partner’s birthday. Would definitely recommend!

Staying in Alison her house was an amazing experience. As well she is an amazing reference to the whole region. I really felt at home. Thank you!

We spent an absolutely lovely night at Katrina’s place. The area is incredibly peaceful, bird song and water sounds being the only real noise. We had an amazing bath in the jacuzzi style bath and just had a lovely night there. Thank you Katrina

We truly enjoyed staying here at the farm. Sheila was there to great us right when we pulled up and made checking in very simple. The property was gorgeous. The actual house was very spacious and she had breakfast and snacks available. We loved hearing all the animals on the farm (cows and sheep). It’s a little further out from town but private and peaceful. Would definitely recommend to get a traditional Scottish experience. Thank you Sheila!

Wir hatten gemeinsam mit unserem Hund eine wunderschöne Zeit bei Brenda. Unser Zimmer, das Haus und auch Arrochar waren eine optimale Basis die Gegend zu erkunden. Das fußläufig erreichbare Pub war sehr hundefreundlich und sehr lecker. Genossen haben wir auch das Frühstück mit wechselnden Käsesorten und den besten Pancakes außerhalb Amerikas!

die Unterkunft war ebenso zauberhaft wie die Gastgeberin! obwohl wir nur auf der Durchreise eine Nacht da waren, haben wir uns gleich wohlig aufgenommen gefühlt. Hätten wir vorher gewusst, wie schön es bei Vicki ist, hätten wir versucht länger zu bleiben

George en Sandra zijn veruit de meest schattige en zorgzame herberggastheren die we ooit hebben ontmoet. De herberg is een lust voor het oog. We werden getrakteerd op een omgeving vol verhalen, uitstekende maaltijden en authentieke kamers om ons terug te trekken en te ontspannen. We werden voorzien van alle comfort en konden elke ochtend na een stevig ontbijt vrolijk aan onze excursies beginnen. Voor een leuke, gezellige en authentieke herbergervaring is de Green Kettle Inn je go-to.

Dear Marion, Visiting you and yoyr mother was one of the highlights of our trip. Your home, the warmth and welcome, your stories and the friendships. The hospitality was great.
