Wow, what an incredible find. Grace really has thought of EVERYTHING as a host. The amenities provided were truly above and beyond. Was only there for the night to run Manchester Marathon the following day but could have easily spent a week plus here with everything provided, so well thought out with some lovely homely touches. Was really clean and felt like a nice private place tucked away, super spacious & finished to a high standard. Great access with on street parking available and walkable distance to metro lines to get into central Manchester. Was welcomed by Grace upon arrival and made to feel instantly at home. Highly recommend!

Nick's place is very convenient for exploring Manchester. It is close to Slaford train station and a 10-minute walk from Manchester city centre. There are shops, bars and restaurants close by. The flat, although a bit sparse in furniture and decor, is very clean and has all the mod cons you would need for a holiday. It is in a busy street, so some traffic noise is expected during the night - it didn't bother me, but worth mentioning. Nick explained everything very clearly and was communicative and reachable throughout our stay. I would definitely recommend this place.

Nice stay for the UFC in Manchester, was easy access to the city centre with a bus stop right outside the apartment and also a tram stop a 10 minute walk away, Ubers were quick and average of £10 to get around the area. Would definitely return when going to Manchester.

The apartment is very close to the Northern quarter (with parking!). It was very conveniently located, very clean and a lovely apartment.

Fabulous hosts and apartment, great space, everything that we needed, very responsive late at night in an emergency situation when we needed to book temporary accommodation for our son and nephews due to their own apartment having no water or electricity. I highly recommended. 😁

Just got back from a weekend in sanjays place and me and my wife thoroughly enjoyed the apartment was clean spacious and modern. It had all the necessities there. Sanjay was a great and helpful host any questions we had he would answer. I would 100% recommend anyone and I will be back in the future.

We had a brilliant weekend stay in Michelle's family home, which was absolutely perfect as a base with our two children and grandma for a family wedding. The house is huge and beautifully decorated, and set up with everything you could need to entertain the kids (a stunning garden in the sunshine as well!). We loved the open plan kitchen space looking out onto the garden. Michelle was so helpful and brilliant at communicating with us, all the information provided was so useful. A wonderful home from home, really couldn't have asked for more. We would definitely stay again! Thank you so much xx

We had a fantastic weekend staying in this property. We were attending a football match at the Etihad and it was a short 10 minute walk from the house. Absolutely perfect for what we wanted, would 100% book in here again if we ever return to watch Man City in the future.

Beautifully fitted out house. Very clean and cosy. Tardis like. Walking distance to the Man City game which we came for. Suited us very well.

Great place to stay. Had everything we needed. Was in a quiet location - great place to rest. Enough space for our family of 5. Bonus was a bigger space for our car. Farhad was super responsive to our queries and was really helpful getting us started. We hope to stay again in the future.

Beautiful home that was very comfortable for our family trip to Manchester. The development is brand new so tricky to locate on Google Maps but Michelle’s directions helped a lot.

House is clear with space . Hoist is kind and nice with well arrangement. VERY GOOD experience.

Great apartment and very close to the city centre. Clear instructions and recommendations provided by the host, would highly recommend. The free parking was the only improvement point, a lot of litter on the street.

Lovely apartment! Very central to the shops, pubs and bars, train station etc… It is a slightly loud area especially of a weekend but that is to be expected so central in the city.

My boyfriend and I stayed at Steve’s place for a hiking weekend and we would definitely recommend it and will probably come back ourselves. Communication was excellent from the start—quick, clear, and super helpful. The flat was just like the pictures, if not even better in person. It was cozy, beautifully maintained, and spotless throughout. Steve really went above and beyond by stocking the place with everything a guest could need, from toiletries and cooking essentials to breakfast items, which was such a thoughtful touch. The location was perfect—central and convenient, and the self check-in process was incredibly easy and smooth. I’d absolutely recommend staying here and would love to come back! Thank you Steve :)

Great communication from Adam from booking to leaving the property. Adam greeted us slightly early for check in, as he knew we’d arrived early. Very friendly and welcoming giving lots of tips on the local area, showing us around the property and a welcome bottle of wine. Told me to contact him at any time if I needed to. Property is in an excellent location, especially if you’re visiting the AO Arena. Lots to do within walking distance of the apartment. Apartment is well kitted out with everything you could need for a short stay, comfortable bed, lots of handy items plugs / chargers etc. Toiletries provided and plenty of towels. Extra bedding also if needed. You do need to boost the hot water for a hot shower, but there are instructions on the bathroom door showing you what to do. Thank you Adam, for letting us stay in your lovely apartment, we had a wonderful weekend ❤️

Excellent stay would highly recommend

This lovely flat was situated high up in the heart of Manchester City centre. Excellent location within walkable distance to bars and restaurants. The flat is very nicely decorated with a lovely balcony overlooking the skyline. The flat was clean and tidy the kitchen was well stocked. My bed was super comfy with a lovely soft duvet. Warren was a really attentive host offering a large selection of places to eat and drink which took the pressure off of me having to do that before I came. I would highly recommend this place for a stay a little gem in the heart of the city.

We had a great stay here. Location is perfect with a retail park nearby and also not far in the car to get to the Trafford Centre and the city centre. The apartment is modern and clean and the beds were very comfortable. Great to have parking available in such a central location. The host is great and provided all the information we needed. Checking in and out was really easy. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend this to others!
