Highly recommend staying at Rosevelts property. Very clean and organized. Makes you feel right at home.

The house was everything we expected. Tonya gave very clear directions on entering the property and also provided several recommendations for things to do in the area during our stay.

This is the 2nd time renting from Brittany and she really if the best of the best. The only place I’ll stay when in the area. Loved the pool but how Brittany is always there when needed, friendly, and planet That’s the best part, bout renting from Brittany!!!

Beautiful home. Felt cozy and peaceful. The snacks and beverages were a nice touch. We would definitely recommend and stay again if we are in the area.

We had a nice relaxing stay in a nice neighborhood. A little girl from the neighborhood waved to us as we pulled in. Just wish it hadn't rained so much so we could enjoy the pool. There was quite a variety of food and shopping within a short distance. I would highly recommend this for friends and family.

Had a great stay at Mariah’s place. She was very responsive and willing to offer an early check in and accommodate for my late checkout. I was very pleased with the entirety of the stay and location.

The best AirB&B ever. The pictures were the reason I selected Kim’s home and was true to what I had seen online. Her home was spotless and the amenities with comfy beds, fully stocked kitchen, fluffy towels and common living areas where we relaxed exceeded our expectations. We enjoyed walks in the neighborhood and picked up groceries at Trader Joe’s. Kim immediately responded to my reservation request and any questions I had. If this home is available you won’t be disappointed. Don’t let it slip away.

Such a cozy home…felt at home immediately!!! Enjoyed all the live plants and how roomy the home was. Sadly, on our second day there my mother passed away…sent Lejeune a text that I would be flying home and my husband would be staying. Lejeune responded immediately and was so kind and supportive!! My hubby tried his best to do all the final check items…let’s just say, much grace was given by our host!!!❤️ Yes, definitely a wonderful home to choose!!!

We had a wonderful stay in the home. It was exactly as described in a nice neighborhood. Blake communicated extremely well before and during our stay. The check-in was effortless with clear instructions.

Very lovely place. Walking distance to downtown, events, restaurants. Lovely amenities, beautiful backyard and porch. Street parking. Parking was taken during downtown events. Great experience and beautiful home.

This Airbnb was perfect! It was clean, close to LSU/downtown, and felt very safe. Patricia went above and beyond with providing snacks, water, shampoo/conditioner, and other household items that many other airbnbs do not have. I highly enjoyed my stay and would return to this place if I came to Baton Rouge again.

This place was great, John helped answer my questions prior to booking and then was so responsive after I booked. We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home away from home & if we make it to Baton Rouge again we’ll be looking to stay here again. The towels folded so nicely in each bedroom with a dark colored makeup cloth is such a cute touch. The kitchen had everything we needed and so much more. Couldn’t believe how much was provided. The beds were great, nice to have big king beds for couples. Loved the open concept as well, helped keep our group all together while cooking and enjoying the tv. Kudos and thank you! It is on a busy street & we could tell during rush times as getting in and out of the driveway was a little difficult but we just made sure we were coming from the right direction and then had no issues. 10/10 for sure. Thanks for everything!

Perfect for a one-night stay! It stayed very cool in the house and they equipped the place with box fans lol, we sometimes have to go buy one when we stay places to sleep at night. But they already had the fans there which was a big plus! Comfy beds and very clean!

House is beautiful and accommodated my large family very well. This will be my go to rental when I come into town to visit family from here on out.

I'm from Baton Rouge originally and had to travel home to funeralize my brother. I needed accommodations not only for myself but other family members travrling into town. This house was it! We felt right at home. The treats were an extra bonus for the grandbabies. Great location near most anything you needed. Everything was just as described and some. The responsiveness of the host was amazing. All instructions were clearly spelled out with nothing being an unusual request. Yes, I read the reviews before booking as I was concerned with the great price. Any previous noted issues were all addressed but the window covers in the downstairs bedroom. This didn't bother me. I'm up before the sun anyway...LOL. Well worth the cost and we look to book for our yearly family trip in March. This was a great house for a large group. Plenty of parking off the road. The kitchen was well stocked with kitchen essentials to be able to make anything you would want at home and still close to plenty of local restaurants if you don’t want to cook while on vacation. Nat was very responsive and helpful with any questions throughout our stay.

Everything is exactly as described - excellent location especially if going to event at LSU. Quiet neighborhood - very peaceful. Everything you need for a family stay was provided from the kitchen to bath. Beds and linen were really nice too! The children’s books were a hit with our grandson - read runaway beignet many times! “Aiyee you won’t get a taste of this little beignet!!” It’s a really bright and open floor plan and easy to have family meals and space for everyone to have their own room. Master bedroom is especially nice. We planned to use this gem again next time in BR

Overall, we were pleased with our stay. There were a few things that weren’t ideal but it was a large space. This is a questionable neighborhood, I would not recommend this area for a female traveling alone or with children. The local stores have bars on their windows and the hospital has a security guard standing outside of it. There is the cutest little coffee shop, French Truck Coffee. 10/10 recommend that place!

Shayla’s place was wonderful. It’s conveniently located to everything in a quiet, safe, and lovely neighborhood. The house was pristine. The beds were comfortable. My kids loved the pool table. There were no problems and Shayla was the perfect host.
