Situated in the grounds of our 17th Century home, it is a private sanctuary, with high quality decor and all modern facilities. Wake up to the sound of birdsong whilst enjoying locally sourced artisan coffee and produce. This large vaulted space has an open-plan sitting and dining area, complete with separate fully fitted kitchen, bathroom and two luxurious double bedrooms.

Cosy cottage in idyllic Burnham Overy Staithe

Twixt is a mid-terrace Victorian cottage located in the idyllic North Norfolk village of Burnham Overy Staithe. It's just a short walk from the picturesque quay and the North Norfolk coastal path. Recently refurbished and fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay - whether a weekend or a longer break - it will comfortably accommodate four people in the two bedrooms which are furnished with a kingsize and twin beds. There is also room for a travel cot in the master bedroom.

Just a short stroll away to the village you will find the Village shop & the Chequers Pub. Our home is bright & light and has large living spaces, with the main living room looking out onto the patio and garden which gets direct sunlight all day. The kitchen is well equipped with cooking utensils and Nespresso coffee. The bungalow has 3 dining areas - kitchen, dining and garden. Embrace relaxation and coastal bliss in this idyllic quiet coastal getaway.

Pepperpot cottage

This delightful and newly renovated house is located in a quiet, but central location in the heart of the historic North Norfolk market town, Holt. Just a few seconds stroll from the busy Byfords restaurant cafe and situated in the centre of the town and its multitude of shops and local attractions, this is the perfect bolthole getaway.  There is private parking for one vehicle. The cottage offers a perfect living space for a families or a couple. Note: This is a non-smoking property.

The kitchen/dining/family room is perfect for socialising with friends and family and the 5 bedrooms and 3 luxury bath/shower rooms comfortably accommodate 10 guests. The house is perfectly positioned within the heart of the bustling coastal town of Wells-Next-the-Sea and is walking distance from the picturesque quay, award winning sandy beach and numerous pubs, cafes, restaurants and shops.
