Beautiful Rural Suite near Washington, D.C.

Enjoy a rural environment only 50 minutes outside of Washington, D.C., and 45 minutes away from Andrew's Air Force Base. Located in a quiet wooded neighborhood with horses, goats, ducks, and more this property allows children space to run and play. Stores are less than 10 minutes down the road. This is a perfect little haven, fully equipped with a kitchen and laundry facilities. Parking is available for boats and trailers. Please Note: Sunday check-in is at 4pm, unless requested otherwise.

The Orchard Barnhouse

Get away from it all! Come unwind in our lovely guest barn, surrounded 360 by forest. Bucolic views of field, young orchard, and woods are yours outside the windows of this comfy haven. The barn's open floor plan and 10 ft ceilings add to the soul's experience of freedom and spaciousness. Gorgeous, fully-stocked kitchen, giant island, and rustic dining table are a host's delight. Fire pit and covered patio offer relaxation spaces outdoors. Schedule a visit to our hobby farm just up the lane!

Water's Edge Cottage | Luxury Retreat

We are thrilled to host guests at the newly renovated Water's Edge Cottage -- a serene oasis offering what may be the best views on the Potomac. The rural charm of St. Mary’s County is among Maryland’s best kept secrets -- 90 minutes but a world away from Washington DC (with no Bay Bridge traffic!). We are near historic Leonardtown, boasting one of Maryland’s few remaining town squares (we affectionately call it “Mayberry”). And be sure to visit our sister property, White Point Cottage!

Hidden La Plata Escape

This spacious 2-bedroom/1-bathroom basement apartment is completely separate from upstairs unit. Private entrance located at the back of the house, all new appliances, and a modern feel. Wills Memorial Park is across the street and perfect for children of all ages. The property is only 5 minutes away from multiple grocery stores, sit-down eateries, and fast food chains. You get 2 spaces of the 4-car driveway. Max two pets. A $50 per pet fee must be paid before checkin. No parties allowed.

Bell House

Two-bedroom guesthouse with deck overlooking the Lower Machodic Creek (Coles Point, Hague VA) the perfect setting for enjoying sunrise and sunset. Shared property, but the second floor guesthouse is all yours. The first floor is a garage we use for storage. Salt water lap pool, 100 feet of beach on Lower Machodic Creek with expansive views of the Potomac River, kayaks, private dock, and 20 acres to explore. Great for a family vacation, couples getaway, girls weekend, you name it!

Approx an hour from Washington, DC and you feel like you've really gone somewhere! This little river cottage has 4 bedrooms (2 king beds, 2 queen beds), 2 bathrooms, outdoor shower, fenced in acre on the beautiful Nanjemoy! Amazing dock and views. Little beach area (depending tides/rain level) and dogs welcome!

Gatton Farm Guesthouse

Gatton Farm Guesthouse is a two bedroom, one bathroom second floor dwelling above a detached garage located in picturesque Newburg, Maryland. Being on 15 acres and only one thousand feet from the Potomac River, guests will enjoy views of Canadian geese, wild turkeys, bald eagles and white tail deer. Gatton Farm is also considered a historical site as it was once the residence of famous guitarist Danny Gatton.
