With a spacious kitchen ideal for dinner, a refined bathroom and a sumptuous bedroom that will leave you feeling rested and ready to explore the trendy eateries within walking distance too.

Self-contained flat within a family house. Living room, fully equipped kitchen, bedroom, shower room. The flat has its own entrance door which encloses space for your use, no space is shared with anyone else. We want you to feel very comfortable during your stay, and hope you enjoy the amenities and facilities which our flat provides. Near Bolton Wanderers stadium (for football and other events), and rail stations with access into Manchester. Manchester Airport is 30 to 40 minutes away by car.

Plenty of free unrestricted on street parking. Please note we cannot accept children or pets, the studio is compact and not suitable.

The Lancashire cycle way runs past the doorstep as does as the cycling stage of Ironman uk.
