We had a great stay! The apartment is in perfect condition, and we loved the area. Communication was very clear and fluid -- would gladly stay again.

Place looked exactly like the photos. Jeff responded in a quick and timely matter had no issues checking in or parking. Will definitely be booking again when I want to visit the city.

This was a fantastic place to stay as a jump-off point to explore Detroit. Some great restaurants and galleries within walking distance. Also, grocery stores near by. Downtown is just a short Uber ride away. The place was very clean, and the internet was lightning fast. Any small question and Alejandro would answer within a few minutes. A cute little place in a fun neighborhood. Would stay there again.

Nice central location with easy street parking. A quick walk to DIA; we drove everywhere else. Space was bigger than we expected from the photos. Great kitchen!

Charming as heck, super clean, well provisioned. Came to town a couple days early to enjoy Detroit before son’s college graduation in Ann Arbor. Convenient to everything Detroit has to offer. Would definitely stay again!

This is a great place to stay when in Grosse Pointe. Clean, comfortable and very quiet. The Keurig was well stocked. Private parking in the back was an added perk.

One of the best rentals we have ever stayed at! Excellent location to ball park, arena, and local restaurants. The condo was extremely clean upon arrival. Nice, quiet neighborhood. Beds and all other furniture was very comfy. Most notably, Sean was an incredible host. Provided an excellent digital guidebook as soon as booking was made. Was immediately responsive to any messages sent. Best of all, provided extra amenities within the condo which exceeded our expectations. Would highly recommend this condo to anyone coming into Detroit!

Incredibly close location to all of the sporting venues. Historic house that’s been fully renovated. Overall, a great value.

I had a wonderful stay at Joeleo’s place! The apartment was clean and the location was peaceful for studying and leisure. I am a student and the atmosphere made studying easier. Joeleo was incredibly responsive, accommodating, and helpful throughout my stay. The communication was smooth and prompt which made the booking process hassle-free. I especially appreciated Joeleo going above and beyond during my long term stay. Highly recommend staying here!

The condo was near our family in Livonia and was perfect, had enough room for two teenagers, everyone had their privacy, full kitchen and other amenities which made our stay convenient, great location, new appliances, etc., would stay at Northville Township Condo the next time we are in Michigan. Absolutely beautiful condo, in walking distance to lots of Detroit attractions, bars and restaurants. The beds and pillows are top notch and made for a very restful stay. I would highly recommend staying here worth every penny and would stay again.

Auntie Blondie (as she told me to call her) was an awesome host. She was very thorough giving me a tour of the property and was a phone call away when I needed anything. Amazing views and cool downtown location! Excellent communication from the hosts and located conveniently just a few blocks down from downtown restaurants and coffee shops. Would definitely stay here again!

Ruth Ellen's place is a gem! It is located near anything you might want or need but feels private and secluded. As a plus, Ruth Ellen is wonderful and is an excellent communicator.

Great place, nice, big, and clean in a safe gated community. Great people and great hosts. Walid and Lubna were very friendly and welcoming. Best experience ever!.
