Beautiful country home close to Millet! Had a volleyball Mom’s weekend, and having 5 bedrooms was wonderful so the senior mom’s could spend the weekend together. The beds were very comfortable, and all slept well. Super charming home :)

Allison is an amazing host with quick response time to messages and her place was very accommodating for my family of 7. Plenty of room for us to watch a movie together in the living room and the kids loved the game room. I personally loved the complimentary coffee bar. The home is clean and organized. The neighborhood is nice as well and quiet. We are from the city so it was a nice change of scenery. I would definitely stay here again when we come back to visit family.

Our church staff of six people stayed here for a staff retreat and it was a great house to hang out together in! Very peaceful and beautiful area. We lloved visiting the horses on the property!

We stayed in Muncie for the weekend for open house at Ball State University. Location was great, only 10 min away from campus. The house was very spacious for 7 of us. The layout was perfect and the kitchen was the main hub for gathering. We will definitely be back. Thank you for hosting us.

This cottage was a wonderful place to stay for our kids soccer tournament. We had 2 families and everyone had everything they needed. Martin is a great host, the house is stocked with anything you could think of, and the place was very clean. Everyone loved the flat backyard, Total Rec Barn, and I personally loved the circle driveway to get in and out easily for all the soccer games we had. The beds were all very comfortable, plenty of linens, and plenty of space for our 2 families. Martin was more than accommodating to make the weekend fun and easy. Thank you!

Cedric was an excellent communicator. Received very clear instructions a few days in advance regarding check-in. He also made his home phone number available to me if I had any concerns that needed immediate assistance. The house was very clean and spacious for the price paid…tremendous value. Will definitely keep this one on my short list of places to stay when I am in Muncie. Thank you, Cedric!

Kim's Leader Loft was a fantastic space. My wife & I took a last minute trip to the area to take advantage of the fantastic weather and bike the Cardinal Greenway. We looked at Muncie & Richmond because they have trailheads, but the Leader Loft popped up on my list, and we opted in. It's a beautiful, renovated space with plenty of room, and crazy comfortable. Kim was very responsive and helpful when we reached out - absolutely recommended!
