Our family of 8 had the most incredible time staying at Upul's beautiful beach house in Negombo. The property is stunning, located just a few meters away from the beach, offering breathtaking views and easy access to the shore. It’s hard to believe such a gem is so unbelievably affordable! The house itself is spacious, well-maintained, and perfect for a family getaway. A special mention to the caretaker—she is one of the sweetest and most hospitable people we've ever met. The meals she prepared were absolutely delicious and added so much warmth to our experience. Upul, the host, was incredibly accommodating and ensured everything was perfect for our stay. His attention to detail and friendly demeanor made the experience even better. Overall, this stay exceeded our expectations and left us with cherished memories. If you're looking for a peaceful, beautiful, and affordable beachside retreat, look no further. Thank you, Upul, for making our family vacation so special!

The villa was beyond words to describe. It's exactly as shown in the images, very aesthetic, greeny environment and kind host. The caretaker was kind enough to arrange an alternative for kitchen usage when the stove wasn't working at the home. Uber eats facility was there that we ordered a quick breakfast. Little bit of maintenance to be improved in bathroom cleaning and fridge cleaning. The host was very kind and showcased excellent hospitality. Would love to visit again

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at Isur’s place. The host, who speaks English, is very friendly and welcoming. We were served with very good traditional breakfast.The place itself is very spacious, clean and comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and can definitely recommend! Especially for those coming from Colombo airport, since the place is conveniently close.

We had a really pleasant stay at VillaMore. The location is ideal for those seeking for a calm place to isolate from the world. The house was very clean and comfortable, the terrase and the yard with a fantastic view to the ocean were our favorite place to hang out. Beautiful sunsets and very nice beach 20 meters from the house. Susan and Ravi were extremely helpful throughout the entire period of arrangement of the trip and the stay. Friendly, responsive and very nice people. Ranjith and Jayanthi living right next door were always there for help. Our family is very grateful for this memorable one week.

This villa was a very pleasant place to wrap up our trip. Pool was lovely and very clean. All three bedrooms were beautiful and clean and luxurious feeling with modern touches. We were very comfortable here. house was wonderful, we would stay here again.thanks for the team ❤️

I found this as one of the best vacation home as a group. This place had just everything.. private pool, party room, barbecue rooftop, open-air coffee room... I’d highly recommend

Laura and her team were amazing. They were always at hand when we needed to speak to someone, they were super flexible and they gave us clear instructions on how to find things, where to do stuff etc. They were very flexible with our arrival time and when we were there, they showed us local restaurants and other facilities. We were a big group of friends from different nationalities, getting ready for a wedding and they were just happy for us and enjoyed the time with us. whenever there was a language issue as English wasn't everyone's first language, it was quickly overcome. Gorgeous villa with an amazing view of the lake and lots of space for four couples. The housekeeper, Dileep, was so proactive and attentive, always making sure we had everything we needed and offering drinks. We had an amazing barbecue on the last night and the food they cooked for us was always incredible, some of the best we had in Sri Lanka! The downstairs is open to the outdoors so expect some wildlife (geckos and mosquitos) - overall, we had a very relaxing and enjoyable stay with comfortable rooms and a pool with a perfect temperature!

Really nice host and really nice place. Worth the money

We arrived the airport at night, this house comforted us after a 20min driveway. Although it is so dark around that we could see nothing(it is a villa in a big and green garden), we surprised by the warm house very soon. We are 2couples, we have 2 rooms with individual bathroom and a shared yard. The beds and bathrooms are big and clean, hot water was provided only in one room but the cool water was also warm enough. There are nature calls of little bugs and birds. This villa offered us a comfortable rest after long flight, and a good start of the journey.Thank you!

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt in diesem traumhaften Haus! Von der ersten Minute an wurden wir herzlich von Ashan und Nimal empfangen, die uns mit einem Willkommensdrink begrüßten. Die beiden waren unglaublich aufmerksam und freundlich – jederzeit hilfsbereit und mit viel Liebe zum Detail. Besonders beeindruckt hat uns die Gastfreundschaft: Ganz spontan zauberten Ashan und Nimal ein köstliches Mittagessen sowie ein BBQ mit landestypischen Zutaten, das wirklich keine Wünsche offen ließ. Auch das Frühstück war hervorragend – unsere Wünsche wurden nicht nur berücksichtigt, sondern übertroffen! Das Haus selbst ist sehr gepflegt, die Außenbeleuchtung schafft eine traumhafte Atmosphäre, und der kleine Pool war perfekt für eine entspannte Abkühlung. Sogar als wir spontan eine Fahrradtour machen wollten, kümmerten sie sich darum, dass die Fahrräder bereit und fahrbereit waren. Alles in allem: 5 Sterne PLUS! Felt at home as we came. The caretaker and his wife was very kind and helpful. We have been in this villa before so we had a great experience last time as well hence we decided to come again with our parents. Place is very spacious with a lovely view of the pool, some greenery and the beach. Highly recommend for anyone who wants to go on a small vacay not too far from Colombo and enjoy with family and friends.

The Villa is stunning, even more beautiful than the pictures! The outlook from poolside was beautiful, we watched the monkeys playing in the trees while enjoying a lovely breakfast and throughout the day were visited by peacocks, iguanas and many different birdlife. What made this holiday an amazing experience was the excellent services of Chadima. Chadima is highly intuitive of what level of attention you prefer and always highly respectful of privacy and would always check before coming in the kitchen. Chadima prepared breakfast every day, asking for our preferences the night before. We also enjoyed some dinners and a lunch prepared by Chadima which were all excellent. Chadima is super proud of using the highest quality ingredients and would be at the fish markets in the early hours of the morning to get the catch of the day if fish was our choice for dinner. We also enjoyed a great fun cookery lesson with Chadima. Excellent & professional hospitality service - highly recommend.

Kenji & Nisha was a very helpful and responsive host. Everyone who stayed in their place loved the place. Definitely worth the money. Their in house staffs are very helpful and respectful. Will definitely recommend this place to everyone. Worth it!
