Located just a couple of miles outside of Elkhorn & directly on the Elkhorn River, this is a nature-lovers haven! Local restaurants, shopping & other amenities in Elkhorn, Omaha & Waterloo are within a few minutes drive! Our place is a smoke & pet free home! Smoking is allowed in outdoor areas only.

Bedroom has a queen bed. 2nd TV area has a queen Murphy bed. Bathroom has 2 sinks & a shower. Laundry room has a washer/dryer. Outdoor space includes a covered patio & hot tub, outdoor kitchen with chef's grill, refrigerator & fire pit. Kayaks, paddle boards, 2-person canoe, floats & fishing poles are available. Event Fee varies.

Our place is 15 min. from Omaha's zoo; 10 min from the Old Market; 5 min. from shopping/restaurants; 15 min. from the airport, and for nurses 3-10 min. from several hospitals. The 1000 sq. ft. apartment occupies the lower level of our house with a separate entrance and patio. SANITATION PLEDGE: We are taking extra measures to make sure your rented space is safe. At each cleaning, we use disinfectant to wipe down all surfaces, handles, railings, light switches, remote controls and appliances.
