Just 10 minutes from Amsterdam with car (free parking nearby) or 25 min. with public transport. The ship has excellent heating for the wintermonths.

Lodge at the waterfront, 10 min from Amsterdam

Ilpendam is a picturesque village in Waterland, 8 km north of Amsterdam. We have the advantages of the countryside, on the other hand we are in 10 min by car or bus to the A'dam Metro! After a hectic day in the city, you can relax here in nature. There is a large wooden deck on the water with table and chairs. Here you can swim if you like or paddle with our borrowed canoes. There's also a terrace in front of the house, with a table and 3 chairs where you can have breakfast in the morning sun.

Studio aan woonboot aan rand van Amsterdam

Ben je de stad even zat? Op zoek naar een bijzondere bestemming voor een vakantie in eigen land? Ik verwelkom je graag op mijn unieke locatie middenin de landerijen van Waterland. Op slechts 15 minuten vanaf het centrum van Amsterdam, en op een steenworp afstand van het pittoreske Broek in Waterland, ligt mijn woonark. Om het erf te bereiken maak je gebruik van een klein pontje, om zo de Broekervaart over te steken. Het pontje is overigens privébezit, en wordt alleen door mijn gasten gebruikt.

Private farm guesthouse in nature (near Amsterdam)

Our cozy guesthouse offers the best of 2 worlds. You are in a lovely quiet place in the middle of nature with a view of meadows and forest. If you're lucky you'll be face to face with a cow from the house. But you are also only 15 minutes away from the lively capital Amsterdam. The guesthouse is very private at the back of our site at a good distance from our typical Dutch farmhouse. We live here with our 2 kids and our 2 dogs (who walk around freely). Peace & quiet, relaxation, plenty to do!

Luxury country lake house near Amsterdam

Inn on the Lake is an all season sensation. In summer the gardens are lush with private terraces and full of seasonal flowers. Our beautiful boat is ready to take our guests on a nature trip through the lakes and surroundings. In winter the 17th century Vicarage and the lake glitter with ice and skating is in front of our doorstep. Our private Spa/Sauna & Massage treatments is open for our guests only. The perfect retreat to relax and enjoy just 11 minutes from the city of Amsterdam.

Huis, chique en ruim, in Purmerend bij Amsterdam!

Welkom! Op 20 minuten van Amsterdam vindt u deze schitterende woning met parkeerplek. In augustus 2024 volledig nieuw ingericht. Een compleet uitgeruste keuken en comfortabele bedden inclusief een luxe luchtbed XL op de ruime zolderkamer. Na een dag in het bruisende Amsterdam of het pittoreske Volendam kunt u heerlijk ontspannen met vrienden of familie in de chique woonkamer. De zonnige, groene achtertuin op het zuiden biedt extra rust en ontspanning. Bushalte op drie minuten.

Top location near Amsterdam and Historic Cities

Spacious house (250m2) for 8 adults and 4 children. 270*view. Big garden. Fantastic location: 5 min walk to the old city and public transport, between Amsterdam Center (20 min) and various historic picturesque cities (10-20 min). Private parking & wheelchair ok. It used to be an old cow-farm ( 100 y/o) which we converted into 2 big houses. You are welcome in the front house. Minimum stay 3 nights. Pls note: pay tax 3 euro per night p.p. @ arrival in cash! PS: no parties!
