Had a very nice getaway at the Maybell house! The property was private, peaceful and very clean. The house is not far from shops and restaurants. Would definitely come back!

House was clean and beautiful. Lots of space for everyone to spread out and be together. Great location for getting to Beech Mt to ski.

Flawless check in process and easy fast communication with Adeline. The home was as advertised. Clean, comfortable, and in a nice quiet neighborhood. Easy freeway access and a short drive to downtown Kingsport. Our K9 loved the gated backyard. Dollar General and gas station down the street if needed. Overall a great place that I will stay at again during my next visit.

We had a great stay. It was quiet and even with other homes around us it felt secluded from them. The owner gave great instructions on getting to the actual home but it was still a little confusing as to which one it was. Not at all the owners fault, it’s on a winding road with other homes that look alike.

The house was beautiful and had everything we needed plus more. Shortly after arriving David brought us milk and other item for us to use throughout our stay. David also excepted a last minute extra guest for us and allowed us to have family over for dinner! Great place! Thank you again.

Crystal’s place was perfect for me, my wife, and the kids. We come back to Banner talk in June and if available we will stay here again!

Everything we expected and more. It was a beautiful spot in a great location. It was a lot bigger than expected as well. We also didn’t realize how close it was to the ski resort!! You can walk there. We will definitely be back.

This bottom floor apartment was in a gorgeous, quiet neighborhood that was close to all the West Jefferson places we like to visit. It was clean and organized. I loved the little “extra thoughtful amenities” that were available if you forgot things from home. My favorite part was sitting on the porch drinking coffee relaxing while two hummingbirds hovered for a minute.

The condo was perfect for skiing at Beech Mountain. Easy drive to and from. The condo offered a cozy feel that made the snowy days just right. Perfect for our winter break!

We appreciated the well equipped kitchen which provided everything new needed to cook all weekend. Ron and Martha provided detailed directions and instructions for our arrival and parking and were super responsive to our questions. We look forward to being able to stay here again!

Great place for a trip with a group of friends easy 20 minute drive to Hatley Pointe for skiing. The pictures don’t do this place justice it is much larger in person.
