Beautiful location! Honestly, the pictures do not do the place justice. It was the perfect spot for our Zion adventures and then to relax after. Loved it and hope to return!

Our stay at Cheryl’s was just amazing! The view out back is breathtaking. The place is quiet and lovely. The apartment is clean and very well-stocked. Cheryl also gave us lots of suggestions from cafes and restaurants, to both famous and lesser-known hikes and sights. Highly recommend!

Cheryl's place is a true gem. Right out the back door is a mini Zion without the crowds - red rock mesa and Nature Conservancy trails right outside the door. You can easily walk down to the Virgin River for a late afternoon wade in the water after a day of hiking. The studio itself is thoughtfully appointed and very clean. The outdoor space has comfortable lounge chairs, a hammock, BBQ grill, fire pit and even outdoor games. Note studio is small, but she also has another rental that is a separate bedroom with full kitchen if you need more space.

Our group was four adults (2 couples) that used both bedrooms. The setup was perfect as we had both private (bedrooms and bathrooms) and shared space where we could come together. Each unit had a private south facing porch with incredible views of the mesas to the south, Zion to the east and epic sunsets to the west. The kitchen is well appointed with everything you’ll need. Our morning ritual included a peaceful and private walk down to the river where we had the option of sitting and listening to the river, taking a quick dip, or a peaceful walk along a marked trail that merged with nature conservancy land. The location is perfect as it’s just 10-15 minutes to Zion/Springdale but far enough away to offer a true desert sanctuary. The location also allows for direct access to world class mountain bike trails (Hurricane cliffs trail network) from the home without having to drive. We’ll definitely be coming back!

This is by far the best location on the lagoon! Beach is right in front and you’re very close to the main pool and soda shop. Great views at sunset! Plus the home gym in garage is really convenient if you want to work out on your trip!

Beautiful home in a great area. The hosts provided pickle ball racquets for the nearby courts. That was a fun perk! Pool was a great temperature. Enjoyed walking Hell hole trail. Great place. Would stay again

Always an amazing stay. It's worth the money. Our family immediately relaxes and you know vacation has started when we enter the residence. Fun for the whole family.

Amazing property! The home looks just like the photos and is in pristine condition. Well stocked kitchen including spices which is always much appreciated. Loved cooking on the huge Thermador range! Every room is an en-suite, so was comfortable for each party. Loved the backyard. The pool and hot tub heat up quick which was great because we ended up there on a week that was chilly. There's a great grill, corn hole boards, and a gas fire table. Also enjoyed the sound system throughout the house. Will def go back and stay in this property!

Amazing place and host was incredible to work with. We had 3 families staying on this stay and everyone had plenty of space and the resort is absolutely amazing! Thank you for such a great time in a great location! well worth every penny!

This was a fantastic place for our group of 11 adults and 3 kids. There were lots of beds and multiple king size beds, which we like. The bunkbeds are sturdy and didn't make noise when you moved around. The place was very clean and I was shocked at how many bathrooms there are. Each sleeping space has its own bathroom. The pool is small, but perfect, since it is private to your group. About half of the pool is shallow and worked out great for 3 & 4 year old kids. Both the pool and hot tub were in working order and clean. The places next to you have a similar pool setup and you can overhear conversations or kids playing but that did not detract from our fun and we knew they could hear us too. We didn't go to the larger community pool, but that is a great option to have. There is a great space on the rooftop for watching sunrise or sunsets. Don't miss that! Try the Mexican food from the place near Texaco if you get a chance. great place. I would stay here again.

This place was awesome and great for our group of people to stay at. We'd recommend it to anyone. Lots of beds and bathrooms and the hot tub and swim spa were great. The community pool area was great as well. Red Sands was awesome and communicated very well when we had questions or concerns. I would love to rent an airbnb through this company again.

Thank you for letting our family stay at your beautiful home. We truly enjoyed our time in Washington. The location has easy access to the interstate, which was nice as we ventured out to see the sights of southern Utah. The home itself was spacious and had plenty of room for us to relax and enjoy time together as a family. 

Absolutely amazing. The host is very responsive so questions. The home was clean and well organized. The community was fabulous and so many fun things to do.

This was a really fantastic stay. The condo is very close to the lagoon and pickleball courts, where we spent most of our time. My only complaint is the 4 pm check in didn't really give us much time on the day of arrival to enjoy the amenities, but I knew that going in so nothing against the hosts. Just something to be aware of.
