Wonderful spot to get away for the weekend. We rented all three cabins and there was plenty of space to spread out. The hot tub was a great place to relax, even when it rained! Would have loved to stay longer and explore the area more - thanks for hosting us Colin.

This cabin is outstanding. Packs an absolute ton into a smallish space and great for the price. The entire area is super cool and the hot tub, fire pit, and lap pool (all of which we used) are just perfect for this type of stay. We were there for end of season skiing, but this is easily a place you could use at any time of the year. It's a stone's throw from Sugarbush, so the location is excellent. Colin and Jordan are congenial and terrific hosts. There are also little details that really stand out, such as the shoe/boot cleaner outside the door and the clothing rack in the bedroom. My son and the kids of our friends who were there had to be dragged out of the lap pool and we all enjoyed the hot tub and a made use of the fire pit with a guitar jam. Highly, highly recommend!

Melissa’s listing was a great find during a time when there very few places to stay in the greater Vermont area due to the solar eclipse. She was very responsive even before we reached the Airbnb, gave very useful advice about getting around and local attractions, and had a beautiful space for us to enjoy a weekend trip.

We enjoyed our stay at this little piece of heaven so much! The house was absolutely beautiful, cozy, charming and relaxing. The modern touches added a sense of luxury that was unexpected. The house was pristine and we experienced zero issues with functionality at all. We would stay again in a heartbeat.

We had a wonderful time at Peter’s cabin. It was a great size for our family of four (w/2 teenaged boys and a large dog), and was a convenient location for our week of skiing at Stowe. This cabin has everything we needed and the hot tub was a nice perk! The views from the living room windows were gorgeous. We absolutely recommend this cabin!

A wonderful place to stay. As a host Matthew goes the extra mile. We stay here every year and this year my 7 year old niece visited and is now making plans for next year. Family memories in the making. Thank you for sharing this special place. It's always a joy to go and stay.

We loved our time at this cozy cabin. It is very private and secluded. It had everything we needed for our stay. The wood stove heats things up quick and was easy to use. We were able to snowshoe right from the porch, as it snowed every day and there was plenty of property to explore. The cabin is close to alot of things we enjoyed. It is very bright and peaceful inside. The steps to the loft bedroom are steep, but we expected such. The road to the cabin can be sketchy with a fresh snow, but our AWD with all weather tires was more than capable. We did take it extra slow coming back down the hill to the main road as it had not been plowed. We would recommend to anyone wanting a private getaway and would definitely stay again!

We especially enjoyed the well equipped kitchen and the beautiful property. The home is extremely well furnished and cozy, welcoming and relaxing. We had a wonderful stay! The home is exactly as described and the partly open/closed balcony was wonderful when it rained. It was peaceful and it is in a nice little corner of Vermont, with the community store and bar just a minute's drive away for coffee/snacks and even a trivia night. Eric was great at dealing with our one issue. The home is stocked with plenty of towels, firewood, coffee, etc. Most importantly for us was the dock on the lake - it was very peaceful with the sounds of loons. Everything was great!

A beautiful and quiet little cabin, exactly as pictured and great for a countryside getaway. Could happily sleep a few friends there without feeling too crowded, and plenty of space in the kitchen/lounge area too! Thanks for the coffee, and I imagine it's gorgeous there in the autumn!

We’d stayed at Will & Patti’s place before, prior to the pandemic, and were so pleased to see not much had changed - it’s still as beautiful and peaceful as we remember. The perfect place to get away for a weekend to hike and unplug from everything. We hope to stay longer next time!

Great place to stay for a single person or a couple seeking a quiet setting, walks in the woods, or skiing at Stowe. No other houses in sight. Excellent value for money. Some details we loved: The lighted address sign, so when arriving after a long trip at night we knew we were in the right place. The wood stove was easy to use and the radiant heat was great after a winter day outdoors. The cabin is cozy, but that is not a euphemism for claustrophobic: it has lots of windows, two skylights, and plenty of space. Very communicative and hospitable host, Stephanie. We only dealt with her remotely, but she has a caretaker nearby. She made us feel welcome and was alway there to help. Our stay had more of a personal, than a corporate feel, which we appreciated. We were glad we had 4-wheel drive and snow tires. . guests should be sure to have one of those and, ideally, both, especially when snow is expected, as Stephanie will tell you. We would be happy to return to this home away from home.

Beautiful log cabin construction with absolutely stunning dining table and well appointed furniture throughout the spaces. It had all the amenities one would expect to find in a fully functional kitchen with a few added extras like a French press coffee maker and coffee grinder. Tasty filtered water available from the refrigerator is always a plus. We picked the right weekend with fall colors on full display with a beautiful view over looking the valley with Highway 100. There was even a fully functioning farm stand at the entrance to the drive up the hill to the cabin. No TV's in the downstairs living space was just right for a family vacation. TV was upstairs near the bedrooms, if you can't do without it. An added bonus included a basement space with air hockey table and a rowing machine. We would definitely stay here again if we were vacationing in this area.

Beautiful place, clean and charming. The wood stove was a great amenity and there was plenty of wood. The kitchen was clean and well stocked and the location was peaceful and quiet. A great home base for a ski weekend.

Great place to stay while skiing with a small group. Cozy cabin is an apt description, with all the necessary amenities included. They even plowed the driveway while we were out, which was very nice.

Already missing this lovely space! You just can’t beat the coziness of the wood stove or the gorgeous views. Through rain, snow, and sunshine, we admired the maintains and trees, never ceasing to be amazed. Josh & Misse were such delightful hosts; they were both so kind and so clearly dedicated to their passions, it was inspiring to stay in a place hosted by people with sustainability and community in mind. Thus was a perfect introduction to Vermont in all its beauty!

What an amazing cabin amidst the most wonderful, peaceful, and serene surroundings. It was wonderful meeting our host and hearing the history of the area. We look forward to staying here again!

What a beautiful stay this was. So peaceful and relaxing, and the ambiance was everything. Felt so comfy and sitting outside basking in the sounds of nature was exactly what we needed. Sarah was very responsive and helpful. We’d love to come back here again.
