This special place is a stones throw from all the local attractions, buzzing street bars and every type of restaurant to suit those lovers of gastronomy delights. This newly renovated grade 2 listed apartment is surrounded by striking period architecture, the building itself originally dates back to circa 1600. It is said to have been the home of Richard Quiney, a contemporary of Shakespeare.

The apartment has its own private entrance, large open plan living-dining-kitchen area & super comfortable double bed along with a bathroom & a walk in shower. Discover it in the historic part of the village near to St James The Great Church, Stratford on Avon & The Cotswolds are nearby

Apartment in Solihull, near B'ham, NEC & Warwick

Our little guest house is perfect for a couple wishing to explore the local area. 5 minutes from Solihull, 10 minutes from the NEC and airport 15 minutes to Birmingham City Centre 20 minutes to Warwickshire 50 minutes to the Cotswolds There is a private entrance via a shared garden, a small kitchen and living room. A cosy bedroom with king-size bed and bathroom. There is also a sofa-bed suitable for little ones in the living room. Guests can use the courtyard to the side of the apartment.

Self contained modern annexe

The annexe is located next to our home in the beautiful village of Snitterfield. It is situated on the site of Shakespeare's father's estate. The bedroom has a 4ft 6" double bed, mirror and wardrobe. The bathroom is modern with shower and there are complimentary toiletries for you along with towels. The living area has a breakfast bar, microwave and fridge with freezer compartment and a seating area with TV and Wifi. There will be milk, coffee, tea and sugar for you on arrival.

Spacious, comfortable two bedroom apartment in a quiet location with great links to attractions, motorways and railways. Great location for Warwick University, Westwood Business Park, NEC, NIA, Birmingham International Airport, 1 hour train ride into London. Off road parking available within the grounds of the flat. Washing machine and communal drying area. Laptop work station with monitors, keyboard and mouse. Main bed is 5ft king size. Second bed is 4ft sofa bed*.

Relax and unwind in the Baginton Bear Suite. There's a pub to walk to either up or down the hill, and coffee shops in each of the two garden centres. Warwick Castle is a short drive away, and Kenilworth Castle is even closer. Close by is Regency Royal Leamington Spa, as are world-renown Coventry Cathedrals both old and new. There are also many other towns within easy reach such as Stratford upon Avon, Leamington Spa, Warwick, Kenilworth and Birmingham.

The Dovecote Cotswold Cottages are in the picturesque village of Churchill, which is in relatively close proximity to many tourist destinations such as Blenheim Palace, Clarkson's Farm, Stow on the Wold and Broadway Tower alongside a selection of well established amenities including the famous The Chequers Churchill and Daylesford organics. Our maximum occupancy is 2 adults and a young child.
