Great place to stay for a weekend visit to kings island.

We stayed 4 nights at the 113 apartment and were very happy with our booking. The apartment is close to downtown and we found it very comfortable. It was obvious that the host cared about the guest’s comfort and it was set up with everything we would need for a great stay. Excellent communication made us feel very welcome. And it is a very cute apartment!

She goes above and beyond to an unrivaled level. Host rocks.

This place was perfect! Dawn was an excellent host! Everything was as described. A great neighborhood, accessible for shopping, eating etc. I would absolutely book again.

Adrianah was awesome. I book a lot, and I have never had a host as engaged and helpful. We stayed for a few months, and we were here on work but any issue we had was addressed asap. My people I had staying at the apartment ended up damaging a few things and the way Adrianah handled it was extremely polite and professional. We of course took care of the damages (just careless with upkeep from our guys) which we had no issue with but the way she handled it was really professional and caring. This place was so clean, had everything we needed, enjoyed Cartridge Brewery which was walkable from our place, close to Mason, and right on the Little Miami river. Can’t wait to go back.

Prakriti was very responsive and accommodating. her instructions were clear and check in was very easy. the home is very clean, the rooms are large, and everything looks great. Second visit, just as great as first time. Really enjoyed staying in this extremely clean and beautifully decorated place! Also, the glassware, dishes, silverware, furniture, and linens were all high quality which made stay even more enjoyable. Downtown historic Loveland remains a wonderful place to explore.

This house was a perfect stay for our group trip. The hosts are extremely responsive & very helpful on the occasional times we had a question about our stay. We will absolutely be using this host again for our trip next season!

We had a great stay at Abby’s place! She was incredibly accommodating with excellent communication throughout. The house is absolutely adorable — honestly, the main reason we chose it — and it didn’t disappoint. We were in town for a soccer showcase all weekend, and the location couldn’t have been more convenient for accessing all three fields. We were also thrilled to find a bed in the third bedroom, which was a great surprise! The only small suggestion I’d make is to add a curtain in the upstairs bathroom for a bit more privacy. Other than that, everything was perfect. Highly recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The house was nice, the beds were comfortable and the location close to the highway and some restaurants were just what we were looking for. I would definitely stay again.

We hosted a birthday party for eight, and the ample parking was a fantastic advantage. The easy keypad entry made access simple, while the modern appliances and comfortable beds added to our comfort. You can truly see the love and effort Brent and his wife have put into this quaint home. They were responsive hosts, always available to help. The checkout process was smooth and hassle-free. If you’re looking for a unique and cozy getaway, The Kingsley Schoolhouse is the perfect choice! Highly recommend!

Perfect place for our family to spend time together and visit Kings Island. The house was beautiful and clean. We found everything we needed while there. Definitely would stay here again!

We had such a wonderful stay! The hosts were fantastic, thoughtful and welcoming, with lots of small touches that made a big difference. Their clear, detailed instructions made everything super easy and stress-free. We especially loved the convenience of the parking spot right by the entrance. The place was absolutely spotless, even better than the photos! We truly enjoyed our time here and would definitely love to come back when we are in the area.

Checks all the boxes. Close enough to be anywhere you want in 10 minutes yet quiet enough for our 1 year old to take a nap or go to bed. Smart tvs in every room, comfortable beds, and good hot water pressure. What else do you want? Will definitely be back since we have season passes to the aquarium and zoo!

Wonderful place and a fantastic host. Most importantly, it felt safe. The location was prime—close to everything. The space was clean and lovely, and parking was easy.

Booked this for a girls weekend recently. This place was even better than we had imagined. The pictures don’t even do it justice and the location doesn’t get much better in this city— right on the Findlay market! Would recommend this place 100x over and now I’m looking for another excuse to stay in one of her BnBs!

This place was the perfect cozy spot with a great view overlooking downtown Cincinnati and the river! Very close to everything you’d need, clean, and well organized. Perfect place to get away and enjoy downtown Cincinnati!
