Upstairs consists of an open plan kitchen and living area with views over the garden and the village rooftops. Having 7 years experience of hosting in The Garden Cottage, prior to AirBnB, our aim is to provide a private, comfortable, clean and peaceful space, whilst being available to help if needed.

‘The Cottage’ in Irchester is a lovely tiny getaway for a couple. It consists of a bedroom with a double bed, t.v, free view box, small dining area with crockery and cutlery should you wish to have a take-away, tea/coffee making facilities and a tiny mini fridge. There is a shower room with a large walk-in shower. Outside you will find a courtyard with a comfy seating/dining area under a large gazebo. This gazebo will be for your private use. There is private parking on a gated gravel drive.

There is a private off road parking located in the back of the flat.

We are confident that our small yet mighty space will meet your needs offering a comfy double bed, shower room, snuggly sofa and a fully fitted kitchen and inspire you on what can be created in a small space. Our cosy space is a renovated garage situated next to our house but you will have your own private entrance and lock safe. Parking is also available. Dogs are very welcome but please add them onto the booking as there is a charge .
