This is a charming stand alone cottage next to the main house with its own private entrance. You'll have access to an acre of garden which you are welcome to relax in. It has a full size fridge with a stackable washer dryer The property is 11 minutes from the Lafayette BART and 7 minutes from Walnut Creek town center by car. Briones Wildlife Park is less than a mile away. We have 4 cats and two small dogs. Pets are welcome but we ask for large dogs to be on leash. TESLA charging available.

You can stroll through the Historic Arsenal and the area offers incredible views of the Bay, bridges, and ships of the Benicia Port and Marina. Downtown is just a few blocks away. This suite is centrally located for enjoyment of the region - Napa, Walnut Creek, San Francisco, & Sacramento. Up to 2 dogs are allowed, but, sorry, no cats. The Suite is ideal for up to 2 adults and 1 child, but small for 3 adults.
