Chris was an amazing host. He sent over a great list of recommendations and was very helpful throughout our stay. The property was absolutely beautiful and literally 30 seconds or less from the beach. It was very well equipped for a family with children and very comfortable. It is situated in a lovely area with restaurants, shops and anything you could possibly need nearby. There is free parking about 1-2 minutes away from the property. Personally I think it was such an amazing value for what you pay, especially being on the beachfront. We will defo be coming back!

The apartment was easy to find with Lisa's accurate instructions. Beautiful apartment with a view of the sea, and immaculately clean with secure gated parking too. Great location for walking along the seafront with plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. Lisa's communication was excellent throughout and she went out of her way to check everything was perfect for us. A lovely apartment for a relaxing weekend away. Highly recommended.

My second time of staying here and it was as lovely as the first time. Place is kept lovely and clean and the instructions from Lisa are brilliant. Lisa is very helpful and answers messages very quickly. I'll be back next year!!

It was our second stay in Rhoda Houses and it certainly did not disappoint. There can be nothing you would need in Roger’s apartment that was not provided! Luxurious bedding and very comfortable bed. It was so handy having the easily transportable beach chairs as the weather was beautiful. We enjoyed a bottle of Cava sitting on the beach late afternoon in the sunshine……just perfect. Parking was a dream that we could just renew on our phones. Everything is walkable, great shops, restaurants and bars on your doorstep. We will look forward to visiting again.

We really enjoyed our stay. Great location as everything was walking distance. We’ll definitely be back again. The flat was cosy spacious and a great nights sleep. Vicky was so friendly and super responsive when we had a few questions about the flat. Thanks again.

A fabulous house - much larger than we anticipated. Loads of space, great style, right on the seafront with fab views and an easy walk to anything we wanted. Shops, restaurants and the pier a short walk away. Highly recommend a stay here. Car park right behind the house (not free though)

We loved our two nights at Genevieve’s place. Looked just like the pictures, with great style and layout. Very quiet bedroom considering the location! 15 mins walk to most places we wanted to go, which was fine, and just 2 mins across the road to the Bus Cafe, which we highly recommend for a great breakfast! Feeling very inspired by Margate’s brilliant independent shops, restaurants and artists. Make sure you visit Hawley Street and the old town for some of the best shopping we’ve done in ages! We enjoyed our stay at Sally’s flat. The flat is beautiful and spacious, it has everything one might need and it’s very quiet there at night. The sea views are simply stunning, the bed is very comfy. It would’ve been a perfect stay if not for the 2 downsides. 1) WIFI was extremely slow, impossible to work. As I understand, there was an issue on the provider’s side which was rather unfortunate because we were working remotely. 2) The boiler in the shower can be tricky. it takes long to get warm water and it becomes cold quite soon.

My engineer enjoyed his stay and would stay again . The parking space was very much appreciated. The house was clean, spacious and very homely. Access to the house was easy and George was an excellent host.

We had a lovely time in Whitstable not least thanks to the beautiful house in Argyle Street, which had everything you need and more. It’s perfectly located, close to the train station, beach, harbour, cute high street and a brilliant bakery. We didn’t bring a car but still managed to get around so much with the brilliant train (10 mins walk from house) that goes down the coast to Herne Bay, Margate and Broadstairs and a 20 minutes bus ride to Canterbury (bus stop a 3min walk from house). We were incredibly lucky with the weather and loved every minute!

A stone's throw from the beach with plenty of interesting things to do nearby. Ann was the communate host, thoughtfully sharing her knowledge of the local area, with tailored suggestions based on the make-up of our family group. We've enjoyed enchanting walks along the coast - especially at sunrise and sunset, interesting local shops just a few minutes inland, and superb local transport links to the larger towns in the area.

Sabina was very helpful, especially when we had issues with the toaster :)

We really enjoyed our stay at Nancy’s house. It was in the perfect location for us after arriving from France. It was clean and comfortable and everything we needed was provided for us. Nancy was very kind and flexible with arrangements. The area was quiet and we had a lovely walk through a park and past the allotments. Thank you Nancy, we would love to return.

We had an absolutely wonderful week in this great property- the direct access to the beach is very special - and the house is a real home, furnished for comfortable living rather than rental. Lots of gorgeous walks near by - great golf course up the road, handy EV charging point 2 mins walk away, and Ashford designer shopping outlet 30 mins drive away.

We were a party of ten adults and one child staying at Martin’s home for the weekend. The property was superb, wonderfully decorated and fully equipped with everything we could possibly need. The gardens were beautiful. We were lucky to be blessed with fabulous weather and made the most of it. We were also lucky to be visiting during lambing season. Watching lambs being born was quite an experience. I would highly recommend this property and hope to revisit again one day

Wow! it's the easiest way to describe our whole stay. The apartment was fantastic, from the moment you stepped in, it felt like home. A place to unwind and relax. Everything is placed in such a lovely way that it feels like you put it there yourself it genuinely felt like our own home. The view from the balcony was incredible. Being able to sit there and drink a coffee looking out over the ocean was amazing. We really enjoyed our stay here and would love to come back again for another get away!! Thank you to Mark and Maxine for hosting such a fabulous apartment!

Sue was super responsive and very friendly. Great local recommendations and lots of clear instructions. The apartment is really lovely with convenient car park a few yards away and immediately oppose pier - Very nice eatery at the end of the pier. Sue provided lots of lovely extras, snacks, toiletries milk, lemons and even a bag of ice! All very lovely and much appreciated. Unfortunately a lot of late night noisy revellers well into the wee hours on Saturday night / Master bedroom was quiet but 2nd bedroom took the brunt of street noise. Windows had to be closed and the apartment is very warm after a couple of lovely sunny days! Will take ear plugs next time:-).

Amazing location right on the beach with easy and right outside the apartment street parking. Fit 5 adults and 2 dogs perfectly (however no outside space for dogs to go toilet, have to take them over the field but again right outside the apartment so easy) Lovely apartment with all essential amenities, I would stay here again. Lovely & comfortable flat in a great location. Everything was exactly as advertised. David’s instructions for access were very clear and the recommendations in the guide book were super helpful. Thanks David & Yvette, we had a great time and would definitely love to come back!

Wir waren für einen Kurzurlaub mit unserem Kind und unserem kleinen Hund im Appartement. Von der Größe her war es völlig ausreichend. Es gab alles, was man benötigt, es hat an nichts gefehlt. Die Lage ist perfekt, weil man vom Wohnzimmer aus auf den Strand blicken kann. Der Strand ist wirklich direkt vor der Tür. Kleine Geschäfte, Supermarkt und viele Restaurants sind nur ein paar Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Der Balkon liegt im Schatten, dort ist leider zu keinem Zeitpunkt Sonne, was im Sommer sicher angenehm ist. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Karen was very responsive and helpful. we loved the place and we felt very at ease. There is not a lot to do around, but it is a great place to relax.
