It would suit anybody visiting or working in the Tyne and Wear area and 20 mins walk to metro station and all major road links are nearby

This self contained set up is ideal for those working in the area or for singles or couples wanting an overnight stay for a reasonable price in Newcastle. Located just off the A1 to the north of the city, it is situated in a quiet residential family area and has ample free street parking nearby.
