Welcome to Park Place. Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located home on Park Street in Fergus Falls Minnesota. Come to visit family, stay for a Hockey Tournament, or enjoy some shows. Located a short walk or drive from the historic Kirkbride regional treatment center, MN veterans home, Ottertail County Government Center, and the high school hockey rink. This house has been tastefully updated to meet all of you and your guests needs! Welcome to Park Place.

Country Living

Looking for some quiet and solitude our cabin is located in the country sitting on 20 acres of wooded land with walking trails, wildlife, and solitude. But we are still just a short drive to nearby communities for numerous activities to enjoy. We have kayaks and a canoe for rent enjoy an evening on a nearby lake watching the sunset and listening to the loons or enjoy some fishing from the kayak. In the winter enjoy our Outdoor Sauna, snowmobiling, snowshoeing, x-country skiing, or ice fishing.

Whether you're just passing through, or a frequent guest, Whitford house is your new home away from home. Super clean! Soft, luxurious linens! Charming decor! Awesome location! 2 bedrooms, sleep 6 apartment with 2 queens & 1 full bed. Great kitchen. We’re just off of beautiful Lake Alice, in the heart of vintage Fergus Falls. 5 min walk or drive to everything! What did our last guests say when they walked in the front door? Ranch house in the city!

We would love to have you come stay at our little barndo in town. Lower level fully furnished w/ full kitchen & washer and dryer! Queen bed and new sofa-sleeper size Queen. The lower level walk-out bunkhouse is a full apartment . We have a two teared deck available for you and grill. Our outside furniture will look different than the photos taken. Very safe “local” neighborhood great for jogging or biking! We own all the land in the pasture so feel free to go adventuring! Animal friendly

Suite Cherry No. 1

Enjoy a private, main floor, three room suite with private off street parking and private entrance. No stairs to climb, just a ramp onto the deck entrance. You will have a living room with a couch, recliner, TV and small dining table. The bedroom has a full size bed and a well stocked kitchenette. The ensuite provides a closet, plenty of shelving, storage cabinet and a full bathroom with apartment size wash machine (no dryer). We'd be happy to share our back deck with you as well.

The Haven

The Haven is a perfect getaway for the whole crew! Located in the lakes area in-between Vergas and Frazee (about 10 minutes from Perham) this newly renovated gem has an open space downstairs and upstairs. Spacious bathroom, big gather room, open bedroom concept, and laundry room. Winter time favorites in the area include snowmobiling, skiing & snowboarding, ice skating, ice fishing, cross country skiing, and bingo nights at Billy's Bar in local town of Vergas.
