Please note there is no cooking allowed in the suite, only fridge and microwave are avaliable. Limited towels per guest provided. We also have a young child who is an early riser, there may be noise and heavy footsteps. Please read ALL booking details. Welcome to Saskatoon! This basement suite offers you a cozy and clean place to stay. We are close to the Centre Mall, grocery stores, restaurants, and a transit hub. The private side entrance leads you directly to the basement suite. Please note that we only accept a single guest if you request 2+ nights during weekdays. There is an additional $10 fee for the second guest if your booking is for 2 people. No visitors are allowed on the premises. Our place is not suitable for children under 12.
