My husband & I very happy with the house! Better than some hotels we’ve stayed. The whole surrounding is so serene with trees. Inside parking is such a plus! Especially if you’re coming in the summer you definitely need this. The whole building from elevator to the corridor is so clean ( I guess they are brand new ). We went to the gym; new equipment and feel private, just a little warm and couldn’t find the AC or fans buttons. We are definitely coming back to this place for our next trip to Raleigh! Thank you! ♥️

This was a great place for the price. Located so close to many restaurants and shopping as well as equidistant to UNC and Duke. A few times I could hear the upstairs neighbor walking around but it was not loud and never lasted more than a minute. Overall, a quiet, peaceful stay. Very comfortable bed, too.

My family had a wonderful family weekend here. The apartment was in the best location for walking around NC State and getting to downtown Raleigh and restaurants. Each of my adult children had their own bedroom and own bathroom, which was fabulous. Look forward to staying here again.

We stayed in Raleigh specifically to bike the Neuse River Trail; found so much more to do in town - free museums, a bluegrass festival, the burning coal theater and a historian led walking tour. Matt’s place was within walking distance of downtown. Bike trails were some of the best that we have ridden. We will return again!

We came into town for a hockey game at Lenovo Center and were pleased to find how close we were to the arena! It's not a super walkable area, but is a super easy and quick drive. Shannon gave us detailed and helpful instructions with photos on how to access the parking spot and get into the house, which was great. We were also granted early check in, which was an awesome surprise! The apartment itself is beautiful! Perfectly decorated, comfortable, modern, and clean. It is bright and airy, with live plants and a spacious shower. There was even fresh coffee and a filter already waiting in the pot for us! Such a thoughtful detail. The HVAC and multiple ceiling fans made for a comfortable climate. The space felt private, as it is fully detached from the house and above the garage. The parking space is in the drive immediately below, so a convenient spot for unloading bags. We would definitely choose Shannon's place again on our next Raleigh trip! Much better than a hotel!

We were in Durham for a wedding and Kim's place was the perfect place to stay: comfortable, quiet at night, and extremely well appointed: we were impressed by how she had thought of everything that we might need. The location was also very convenient, to downtown, to Duke, and to eateries. We would stay there again!

A very nice house in a quiet subdivision. It is a close drive to all kinds of shopping and restaurants. Five of us adult males stayed there and were very comfortable. We enjoyed the full kitchen and the comfy living room. A good value for this area.

We stayed there for 28 days, because of we open our New showroom at Goldsboro as a Regency Furniture. Home was very clean and peaceful, harmonious area and close with everything (shopping canter etc…) thank you 💐💐

A beautifully redone home in a quiet and walkable neighborhood of downtown Durham. Easy 15 minute walk to most restaurants and breweries. House was super clean and comfortable. I had issues with the entry keypad but Eddie responded immediately; it was most likely user error on my part. The only downside would be that the bedrooms have privacy blinds but no curtains. We do plan to come back soon.

Allison's Cozy 2BR/2Bath home turned out perfect for the long weekend! The location made it easy to attend the wedding venues located downtown Raleigh, and easy to get to small surrounding towns! The house's floor plan, full-sized rooms, and amenities (soaps, cooking essentials, washer/dryer, TVs, etc.) made it comfortable to share lodging, yet offering space. The house felt clean, fresh, and well-kept. Allison was responsive, even when she was on her vacation! Thanks Allison!

Alita's place was great! It was sooo much bigger than anticipated. She was a great communicator as well. Would definitely stay there again!

Clare was a great host! She was very friendly and communicative and left perfect instructions, plus recommended local spots to check out! Her house was very clean, and it worked out very well for myself & my friends! I’d definitely recommend her place and would be happy to stay here again in the future!

very quiet, clean, comfortable overall. spacious huge backyard with birds and nature everywhere. Quietest street I believe I've ever stayed on. We had an amazing stay at Lois's place. The house was spacious, clean, and cozy, with a stunning lake view from the balcony. It’s perfect for relaxation. Quiet and safe surrounding area, conveniently located. The kitchen was fully equipped, and the living room was comfortably arranged. Lois is a fantastic host, warm, friendly, and responsive, ensuring our stay was comfortable. The entire experience was wonderful. Highly recommended!

Place was clean and across the street from grocery store / shopping center so if anything is needed you're a short trip away. Host was quick to respond with easy check in instructions.

Beautiful! Roomy, clean and modern in a stunning renovated home. Has everything you could need for kitchen supplies and no searching for things since everything is clearly labeled! A lovely spot, will definitely return.

Location was exactly as pictured very nice place clean and pretty much had everything you need i felt right at home. Darryel was a great host and communicated in a timely manner. You will not be disappointed staying at this location will definetly be back when visiting NC.

Clean space with comfortable beds and Amanda was quick to respond. It's located in a quiet neighborhood between Raleigh and Cary with a short drive to restaurants, parks, and downtown.
